geffric choice between DL and area vs. WDW........even though I can drive to DL, I would do Florida in a heart beat!!!!!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_16_1.gif' border=0></a>

cadburysmom Congrats on your 500 posts! Most of them were here, right?<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_1_201.gif' border=0></a>

llebrekniT, I feel for you with the washing clothes. Fortunately, in all these years DH has learned to wash clothes. In the beginning, he thought he was doing the wash by putting the clothes in the washing machine, transferring them to the dryer and then dumping them in a pile on the spare bedroom bed. I was so mad one day, I decided I was not going to fold the four loads piled on the bed. I would pull what I wanted to wear, iron it, and do it that way. (but, hunny, I was helping you do the clothes!!!!) Well, one morning our cat said enough was enough and he decided to make the pile of clothes his kitty litter box. Gross!!!!!!! He never did this again. He does help a lot with laundry and he even folds the clothes now. Sometimes, he forgets where the folded clothes go after folding, though.

So, who is gonna get asked to leave tonight on Survivor? I can't wait til this evening!!! I never could watch Survivor in the past cuz I worked 12 hour shifts and Thursday was one of my days, guess this is good being off to be able to see this show! I have enjoyed it so far!

Bichon Barb is this a "real" meet or a fantasy meet without our spouses and children, and we are actually by ourselves. I'd like to stay at the Beach Club, have lunch at Beaches and Cream then head over to the France Pavailian for coffee and pastry. Dinner at Cape May then fireworks and then a late night swim at Stormalong Bay.

Good morning all.

I see we have a few sickies on the thread. Sending hugs to you all. Haven't had a chance to read the billion pages since I last was on, but wil try to later if baby cooperates.

Am feeling horrible thought-not sick wise. dd had her 4yr old pediatric development assesment yesterday and I thought the doc would tell me to go home, she is doing great and quit wasting his time and my money. NOT. He said she has some autistic tendancies. He didn't Label her but said we need to look into Aspergers Syndrome. In a nutshell it is high functioning autistim. I cried all day yesterday. Of course today is my busiest day of the week. We had appts to go to etc. I'm a wreck. Don't feel like doing anything. This is all I think about. Of course I did research on it till my head hurt. I'm prayin g the doc is wrong. I know it could be worse but I'm just not in that mind set today. Soooooooexcuse me for ranting and don't pay attention to my posts. Who knows what I'll say. And to top it off, dd had night terrors last night. Probably getting bad vibes from me. Will try and catch up on posts

Oh Cheeringmom, I'm so, so sorry. My thoughts and prayers are being sent to you post haste via Tink.

We went camping in a tent<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_2_106.gif' border=0></a> one time as a family. Had to pee on the ground in an open field because the restrooms were too far and when I woke up in the morning my pillow was all damp. Deadheadbelle made fun of me when I told her I didn't like it because my pillow got damp. She said you aren't supposed to have a pillow when you camp. So I say no pillow, no camp! Found a picture of BichonBarb camping. Look at this - <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_6_1.gif' border=0></a>. Must be nice......

Oh no, you give him far too much credit. He's obviously not as advanced of a male species as you. His mind works in a whole different way. He actually believes he can do anything and do it better than anyone. It is I who strive to make sure he knows this is not true, there are things he simply cannot, should not do. (I'm quite the poet today.)

Oh, please don't even get me started on the grocery store! Oops, too late, you already did, so here goes a little sample.
DH "They don't have bread". llebrekniT "Honey, yes they do. It's in its' own aisle and everything."
DH- "I'm telling you there's no bread here". llebrekniT - "Of course they have bread, everybody sells bread. Just keep trying honey, you'll find it".
DH- "OK, I'm standing right here and I'm telling you there's no bread in this whole store, I've been down every aisle and they don't have bread @#$!*#" llebrekniT - "Oh, well that's OK, they must be out of bread, it's no big deal, see if you can get the other things and I'll just get the bread tomorrow"
DH - "Oh, wait a minute, here it is, I found it. Wasn't here a minute ago though".<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_13_3.gif' border=0></a>

As for when you should go on your trip, we will be there (WDW) until April 5th, will that cross over with your dates?

Really? A big hug and kiss? Hmmm, I was thinking more along the lines of a big<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_1_120.gif' border=0></a> and then a bigger <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_9_133.gif' border=0></a>.

Dick Hatch, boy that's funny, is going to do something that someone threatens a lawsuit about tonight.

Do you think he's going to be a master debater? I can't imagine what he's going to do, but I figure it may involve little Richard.
I CAN'T WAIT!!!! I'm so addicted. I get all silly and excited when I remember it's on tonight. I got everyone there favorite snacks. Mine will be hot buttery popcorn<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/1041.gif' border=0></a> with almond M&Ms thrown in and maybe a diet Cherry Coke if I have one left. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!
Oh, one last person I need to address, Deadheadbelle, yes I know it was my decision, but I can always get rid of him, he will ALWAYS be your brother.::yes:: And you need to check your math :teacher: , you only served 16 years and 2-1/2 months, not 17. I have now served 16 years and 2 weeks of marriage to him, but have spent a few months short of 20!!!! years as his better half.:teeth:

Gotta get back into the swing
7_9_1.gif
of things.
Lots and lots of PD to Cheeringmomand RickinNYC.Sorry to hear about the layoff s&k'smom. Everytime we have a money crunch (just about everyday
hihi.gif
) the first thing I think about is our "getaway from it all" time. That's the most special family time we have. Our thing is Disney. Even when we couldn't afford to stay there, we would go eat just to be there.
corkysm58.gif
I say do away with money.. use PD instead! (Hey! I don't see a color for you yet.. do you have one?)
llebrekniT The only stuff my hubby washes is his work clothes. After 12 yrs I'm happy if he does anything at all. Don't get me wrong he's a great guy
michel.gif
just not the domestic kind (and when he does do housework he never finishes anything he starts) I'd be really happy that the clothes made it into the washer
12_1_134.gif
. I know I would have a
flamingdevil.gif
of a time getting him to put them in the
3_2_115.gif
and I'd bet a Disney vacation that he wouldn't fold them even if his life depended on it.
ibouncetoo I wish we lived somewhere nice and warm in the middle of NA. Our only option has been FL. We've gone to visit DH family in the St. Louis area and I'm
smile-mad.gif
and ready to use my Ugly Dust on everyone around
megatrasl.gif
(I'm figuring that since PD is beautiful, colorful and makes you lighter than air then the opposite would be a yukky brown stick that just lays there then poofs into nothingness) Is this making sense or have I just gone over the deep end
smilies3.gif
Oh Boy, I'd fit right in with the Survivors. Wonder where I'd put my million?
Bichon Barb We'll be there 19-24. That is unless I lose what little of my mind I have left.
(My little darling boy Joseph-5 is really "bad sick") That's what he calls it. The cough is the worst. I've haven't had much sleep so please forgive me if I type really weird things that don't make much sense. (Like I don't do that all the time... hehehe)

BichonBarb camping. Look at this - . Must be nice......

Pretty darn close. You just forgot the Corona Light with lime in mom and dad's hands. :teeth:

Wait.....Lewski709 has been too funny today. Maybe she can take the ball and run with it. Did I say ball? Gotta gooooooooo

I am the master debater, I thought.

CHEERINGMOM Yes, you should join the Survivor thing too. What's to lose? You are perfect and all with those poms. As for the ball, I think Dick has one or two he can control the runninsg on.............

AZKathy, I hope you get better soon...

I'll see what I can do about one of those auto transfer page thingies...

Now, as far as Shoes go, I do not share most of the passion that girls do. RRBB doesn't really either. However, I can certainly understand the passion....Now what does this have to do with the current discussion? Laundry & Guys go together like Oil and Water...It is a guy thing...just like shoes are a girl thing...llebrekniT, I would suggest give him a big hug and tell him you love him. I would explain to him that Laundry is one of your responsibilities. Just like his responsibilities are (insert something you hate to do that he does). I would have Deadheadbelle call him and explain the details of what he did wrong, I mean you love him so much he can do nothing wrong.......Deadheadbelle can tell him safely without you hurting his delicate feelings.

As I said before, RRBB is lucky if my clothes wind up in the same part of the house as the Hungry Hungry Hamper! I will not go into any other details about me being "Laundry Challenged"

cadburysmom, Yummie!!!!!!

Bichon Barb, we don't get in Saturday until like 10:00pm. I have to work a half day Saturday, so I can't leave Dallas til the 5:00PM AA Flight. By the time we get to the BCV and get checked in it is close to 10:00pm. We are up for Sunday though...

s&k'smom, It looks like you are going to be sticking around, why not pick a color?

Lewski709, not you too. I thought Cheeringmom was the one who liked to be Abscessed with RickinNYC's wand...Oh, and is this Richard Hatch...Starbuck from Battlestar Galactica? Cool...I may have to watch him get "The Pants Sued Off Of Him!!!!"

I'll have a pancake or two...

I just did a preview... there is almost a whole page since I started writing; I must be slow...

:bounce:

Uh, maybe Queen of Debate was better, but then didn't we decide that was HB ? Master Debater is ok, I am a female. ;) Don't want there to be any more confusion about sex and marriages, like mine was with HB that llebrekniT so politely pointed out.....or shall I say YELLED out!

I'd love to pick a color, ummmmmmmm how do I do that? Lord I love this thread. Plus I have a therapy appointment today, does it get any better!

No worries, Cheeringmom. Just remind yourself that when you see the Master Debater, he looks like a Big Doe-Eyed Back-Haired Homorillasapien. I can't stand that pompous dork. He gives my people a bad name. As for his winnings, however, I'll take it and run like the wind.

Anyway, I'm back. I had to leave work a couple of hours early on Monday since I was feeling so incredibly poorly. Got home to find I had a fever of 100.5 Not that big a deal, I'll sleep it off. Woke up Tuesday and it was 101. Still, no big deal, I'll take the day (VERY reluctantly so) and sleep it off. Wake up later in the afternoon and it was at 102. Now I was VERY achey and my head felt like it was going to pop open like an over-ripe melon on a hot summer sidewalk.

Woke up yesterday, and my fever was now 103. And I felt 100% worse than the day prevous. Joe fluttered about me like a blue jay who missed his dosage. I motioned him out of the room to let me sleep. I called in and took another day, not caring if my head really did pop open at this point.

Did I mention the rheumy eyes? The weird taste in my mouth? The clogged but strangely ringing ears? The bonfire in my throat? The incredibly, God-kill-me-now aches and pains in my joints?

But during the day and into the evening my fever abated. My throat finally opened up a bit to allow me to swallow. I could walk with my head up, not bent into a pretzel.

I'm at work now but feel weak as a kitten. Haven't been sick like that in years and years.

"Hi! My name is Rick! I'll be your drama queen for the day!"

:( RickinNYC. It sounds like the flu.
:( Hope you feel better.

As far as the Master Debater issue is concerned, just wanted to let you know that there is a bait shop near one of the places we camp on Lake Ontario. It's called the Master Baiter. :teeth: I swear, really!
