We don't know if Bella is going to think logically or just with her heart.
She might decide to go with Jacob because she misses him, etc, or whatever and forget the itsy bitsy little details.
Or, she could stay with Edward because she knows that if she left he'd be in complete emotional pain, and ignore whatever her heart is telling her to do.

And maybe both are going for the same thing..
