that man is Syd Barrett
he was the founder and leader of the amazing, the wonderful, the magnificent PINK FLOYD!
they were like an early psychedelic but later turned progressive rock band.
but he left in 1968 because he was having some mental problems from the lsd and other drugs he was taking
he was sooooo awesome, he really left a big mark and impression on his band mates.
