The (new) Quest for Jack: Help needed

We are going to MVMCP next week and need some help in tryingto decide what to do. We have 3 FastPasses set and were going to use at least two of them before lining up to get a picture with the Seven Dwarfs at about 5:30. That was the plan until Disney added Jack Skellington into the mix. Now my wife wants pictures of our daughter with both Jack and the Seven Dwarfs.

I read somewhere (maybe here) that Jack started earlier than 7. If so, what time would he start and when would you recommend that at least one of us gets in line for him? If he does come out early do we need to get in line as soon as we get into the park at 4? If this is the case we could send one(or two) to get in line for Jack while others do a FastPass ride and then swap when finished with the ride (Haunted Mansion). I think that we can handle the rest with our plan.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I will be following Kenny's advice heading straight for Jack, he even mentioned that he came out as early as 6 I would forget the ride FP+ keep your party together and go there first. My next priority is Scrooge McDuck. I love HM but since there's really nothing special about it for Christmas I will not waste time there.
