Do you suppose there is any particular reason for the backward 'S' in Celebration and is that an 'H' in there too? It looks like CELEBRASHON. is there something that I am missing there?

I don't know for sure, but my guess is that because Christopher Robin was a very young boy when the stories happened, he was still learning to read and write and would make a lot of mistakes. Since the Pooh characters are at his level, they too would make spelling errors. That's why Pooh's honey pots say "Hunny" and things like that. At least, that's my guess.
