The packing light was going well until DH came home from his deck hockey game tonight with broken glasses.
WE LEAVE TOMORROW NIGHT!!!
Not an easy thing like the stem, nope, clean break right in the middle of the bridge or whatever that piece is that sits on your nose. 
With that, I just started throwing things in the suitcases to get done. I am driving him to the eye doctor first thing to see if they will have pity on us. He doesn't wear contacts, but he might now! They can pull a box of contacts off a shelf, but not a pair of glasses. Our insurance is one of those that they send the glasses away to be made.
So, the plan is to drop him at the eye dr, run to pick up some last minute things, get back in time to make DS's birthday shirt before I pick him up at school, go to the bank, do a last load of dishes & be out the door by 5:30pm.
