Heading to Disney on Nov 4th-11th. Can't wait going with my kids and Mom and Sister and Nieces for the first time just us girls and of course my DS can't leave him out.:). Started out as just a long weekend now we are up to 8 days:thumbsup2

Bummed we couldn't get BWV will be staying at OKW, We are in Disney and that's what counts:woohoo:

WOOHOO! just noticed post 999 and "There's always room for one more." LOL!

:welcome:

Wow that sounds like a great surprise!! :yay: We surprised our kids one year and it was so much fun!

November is a great time to go to WDW! We went last November and it is now our favorite month to go. Are you staying at CBR (I assume so because of your ticker)? Another one of our favorites. :cloud9: Be sure to sign your DS up for the pirate cruise. pirate: And relax on a hammock by the lake one evening, you can see IllumiNations from there. Other must sees - the Osborne Lights at DHS - so awesome!! And the castle lights after dark at MK. Be sure to go to the GF and see the gingerbread house. Go tour all the deluxe resorts and see all the Christmas decorations. :santa:

I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but maybe others will chime in! :goodvibes

TY! We are staying at CBR for the first time. Is MVMCP worth paying for? It looks like so much fun...but there is only so much we can do in a little under four days. I'm trying to plan some of our meals at the deluxe resorts so we can see all the amazing decorations. I did not know you could see Illuminations from CBR. That is wonderful advice.

Question of the Day:
"Where is your favorite place to RELAX at Disney World?" (Only 1 answer please)

Oh Gosh, you had to go and limit it to 1 answer! Haven't we established I need more then one answer for every question? LOL

Hummmm???? Well, how about this? I am not sure we have ever really relaxed at Disney. We always need a vacation from our vacation. We have places we like to "wind down" in every park. TTA is the first that comes to mind.

Haven't been on in a while. I miss you guys! :grouphug: My mother-in-law was in the hospital for EIGHT days with pancreatitis, heart trouble, gall bladder removal, etc.... We are SICK of hospitals! :sad2: Anyway, I haven't had time to read through all the pages, but I just wanted to say Hi again! Do we have QOTD's anymore? Or is our thread just too big? ;) I'll try, and if we've stopped for any reason, please don't flame me :rotfl2: And sorry if it's been asked before :rolleyes1

At the foot massage wheel barrels outside of the Hoop Dee Doo review. Good question.

QOTD: Asked my DH and DS11 and we are all having a hard time. My DS11 said "we don't really relax". It's fun to sit on a curb while waiting for parades and watch everyone.
I had a really long, hard day today too. We're headed to New Jersey this weekend for a family reunion-should be fun.

I've been slogging away at work lately, so I've got a lot of catching up to do here! :surfweb:

Epcot WS Outside of France with a french pastry

I'll second that & add a cup of tea from the stand just outside of England while waiting for Illuminations. This is only real tea in WDW! I am not a coffee drinker, but I am just as picky about my tea as some are about their coffee.

Have a wonderful weekend! We are off to Kennywood tomorrow! :yay: (local amusement park)

MAGGIED - Thank you so much for the postcard!

DS loved it! He was so excited that Mickey remembered his upcoming birthday. :wizard:

I really appreciate you taking the time from your family to brighten our day. I know it isn't just the sending, you took time to purchase the card, write the personal note & mail it. :flower3: :thumbsup2 :cool2: :thumbsup2 :flower3:

I don't know about MVMCP. We haven't been to it and I keep going back and forth on it. As of right now I decided that adding an extra night was a better way to spend the money! :goodvibes

I went on and made new tickers, only now the sliders are starting from the beginning again!

Love the new tickers!! :thumbsup2

Hey!!! where's my countdown ticker?!!!!

ps: just created a new one.... and yes, the counter icon has started over again on the left! :sad2:

Wait!! Have you tried any of the teas at Joy of Tea over in the China Pavilion... I think you'll be pleased. Although I do drink coffee... I'm a real collector when it comes to tea. I love Twinnings.... its my favorite brand. Earl Grey is probably my favorite. I'm also really picky about my tea.

About the disappearing tickers.... There was a sticky a while back that the mods were removing tickers from other sites. That several had bugs in them. And since they were removing them, the DIS starting making tickers. My original ticker was one of the first to go.

Your welcome... glad they liked it.....;)

My says 2 months & 30 days...isn't that the same as 3 months?
Oh well, it makes it sound a litlte closer this way LOL!!

I have a question, if any of you know the answer.
With this free dining deal it mentioned that we'd all receive one of the resort mugs. Do they give you those at check in, a voucher to get them at the food court or what?

I'm just curious, I know we'll check in then spend the day in a park so I don't want to have to carry them. I guess we'll put them in the car while we're in the park until we get in our room if we need to.

But I was just curious how they do that, we've never had that 'perk' when we booked.

84 days :) I'm getting more and more excited!! Only have 1 more payment to make tomorrow and trip will be paid off..Then its time to save for gas, souvenirs, tips, etc!!! I cant wait!!!

Your KTTW cards will have the info on them, just go to the food court and grab your mugs then go to the cashier. If your room is ready when you check in, you can leave them there.

Holy cow! The time is flying:cool1:!

Guess DH felt guilty about leaving DS6 home in November while we celebrate our anniversary, so....he invited my family and booked another trip for free dining next August:woohoo:!

This is what my little guy had to say...:banana::banana:
