Who is your favorite Disney Villain?

Probaby the Queen of Hearts b/c she was SOOOO funny with my kids last year (at DHS.) Or maybe even Captain Hook. I DEFINITELY don't like the mean/evil ones.

I am so excited that lots of us will be hitting the 4 month mark soon!!

It seems like the time is starting to go by faster now, seems like only yesterday we were talking about it being just 5 months till our Disney fixes

I did change CRT to 4pm. Still haven't figured out what to do with CP We are not morning people on vacation so I think I will have to move it to another day.

I strongly recommend doing CP at 8am on a non EMH day.
We did this a few weeks ago after seeing it mentioned on the boards.
It was so super cool to be 5 of only about 100 people in the entire MK. It was like you had the place to yourself.
There were Photopass guys out taking pix too.
We have it booked for Nov.12th for now.

I am at 20 weeks today! A lot closer than when I booked---but when I thought about it, it's still kinda far---it's only halfway thru a pregnancy!!! Airfare is still crazy high---still got about 6-8 weeks before they come down to a reasonable price.

I am at 20 weeks today! A lot closer than when I booked---but when I thought about it, it's still kinda far---it's only halfway thru a pregnancy!!! Airfare is still crazy high---still got about 6-8 weeks before they come down to a reasonable price.

I would be totally nuts still waiting to purchase my air fare, I was slightly nuts just waiting for JB to post their fares from the time I booked in Feb until April when JB announced their Nov fares, always before I had bought my air tickets same time when I booked my vacation.

I hope your fares drop and you can buy your tickets soon

Hopefully the flight will be around 9:45....then we will hit MCO around 12:45 (really 11:45 from here...gotta add that hour!)..the flight is usually shorter than 2 hours...but I like to figure it in! Then however long ME takes!!!! And we should be to the BC by 3--that's a long time from landing, but our last few ME experiences have been an eternity!

Happy Saturday everyone! Wow, lots of reading to catch up on!

I will be going November 20-27. We are celebrating my 26th birthday (November 22), Thanksgiving (at Boma!), and my walking again after almost a year in a wheelchair/walker.

Congratulations!! As someone who has spent a LOT of time in PT/OT and never gotten that function back (likely never will at this point), I can appreciate how big an achievement that is. I'd love to hear your story some time if you're willing to share.

Questions of the Day (If I can remember them all):

Thing you Want to Do but Haven't: I've never been to any of the character meals! We'll make up for it this trip though; I've got SIX scheduled for this trip! Akershus, Play & Dine at H&V, Donald's Safari Breakfast @ Tusker House, CRT, Chef Mickey, and CP. CRT and Chef Mickey are both on DD's birthday...soo fun!

Live Action - Mary Poppins, Bedknobs & Broomsticks
Classic Animation - Robin Hood, Sword in the Stone
Princess Movie - Beauty & the Beast
Pixar - Monsters Inc.

Fave Guide Book: Passporter's Open Mouse...tons of valuable info when traveling with a variety of special issues

Fave Villain: Hmmmm...........I really like some of the ones already mentioned, but just to throw something new out there I'll say Yzma from Emperor's New Groove. I love that she's so bad at being a villain, so everything turns out hysterically backfiring!

It has been a crazy week (lots of baseball) and I had a lot to catch up on everyone's posts. So here are some of my answers to the QOTD's:

Favorite Movies (very hard to narrow down):
Classic Live Action - Summer Magic

Favorite Villian - Captain Hook (he is a riot at MK with Mr. Smee)

We are hoping to make it to MVMCP on opening night. Gonna call our Travel agent at AAA and see if we can get tixs cheaper than online.

I decided since we are planning on going to MK on our last morning in WDW to change my ADR at CP from lunch to Breakfast, I was able to get a 8:10am

What time do they let you enter MK when you have a ADR before park opening time?

We had an 8:10 in May.
We got to the gate right at 8am.
They let us in w/o even asking our names.
There were already people on Main St. & at CP.
So I would show up at 7:30 just to window shop & take photos.

Once you see the hostess at CP you're stuck there till they call your name (they skipped us twice & DH had to go & ask what was the matter - the sign in hostess hadn't passed our name along to the seating hostess)
But we were able to see most of the characters, eat 2nds & get out just as the main gate was opening.)

You guys had some really good ones! Although I have no idea who the bald mountain guy is! Buddy is a great one! Love Maleficient too!

I think I'll have to go with Ursula! Poor unfortunate souls! "Now its happened once or twice, someone couldn't pay the price and I'm afraid I've had to rake them 'cross the coals!"

You are all just a little too energetic in the morning for me We run with the late night crowd.

I did end up switching CP to another day. It was our totally free day, but I figured we had to eat at some point
