I havent been around for several days, but it looks like we are listing our ADRs. Well, the lists we currently have. I could also list the "working on" list too, but isnt that one always changing. It wasnt the easiest thing to find ADRs for free dining week, but I am feeling pretty good about them.

We are trying to keep dinner time early for self-preservation (DS is always starving at 4:30 every day). I am trying for Ohana for breakfast bc DD loves Stitch. We had it on our Thanksgiving week ADRs, but I keep trying.

Here is our list….

November 30- 6:30 PM Cape May Café-working with PD for a cake for my son’s birthday. Thought it would be nice to have the cake on the first night that way we could take the left-over’s to the room for later…..
December 1-Candlelight Dining Package-Second showing-Le Cellier dinner at 4:00. Really excited about this reservation, have heard wonderful things about the Processional and Le Cellier… Now I wish we could find out who our narrator is….
December 2-11:00 AM Chef Mickey’s-Son’s Birthday request. We will be spending the day at MK, per DS’s request. MVMCP and 7:00 PM Fireworks Dessert Party. Should be a very FULL (in many ways) day but looking forward to it. What better place to spend your 8th Birthday…
December 3rd-Off Property all day-going to the Kennedy Space Center-No ADR’s
December 4th-12:00 PM Chefs de France & 7:15 PM Hoop De Doo Revue
December 5th-6:30 PM Teppan Edo
December 6th-7:15 PM-‘Ohana’s

With the exception of Chef Mickey’s we have not been to any of the restaurants for our ADR’s. This is a trip of first for us… First time staying deluxe, first time using DDP and first time staying CL…. Thanks to everyone here for all of the information and planning tips. I think we have a pretty magical time planned…..

Yep! Last year we were there Nov 7-15 and all the parks were decorated. We were told that the resorts would be fully decorated over the next few weeks after that.

I had to add a ticker so I can see exactly how long I have. I am not one to wish life away but I'm sooo in need of my Disney trip!!

My son is 4 and loves cake. Seriously we have to go to the bakery section every time we go to the store so he can look at them. I usually cave and get him cupcakes but he is always adoring the cakes. I've been debating all morning about getting him a cake at Disney. I guess if i don't ther are always cupcakes!

WOW, everyone has been very talkative this weekend. The last time I was on The Dis, was Friday morning and I had to catch up on 6 pages. On Saturday, I left for the shore for the week, but had to come home today because classes started. I might have to drop one of my classes, since I will be missing 3 days while at Disney. It is an Intro to Fine Arts/Music class, which I am not looking forward to, since my major is 2nd Education- General Science. My DS, DD, DH are fishing on my dad's boat and I'm stuck at home, by myself. Even the dog is down the shore

Anyway, I thought this would be a great opportunity to work on our itinerary for our trip, since it is hard to do, when the kids are around (it's a surprise). I am very proud of myself that I haven't told them yet.

Flutie, I am sorry. I seldom do anything fancy on my posts, as you may notice. It is not that I cannot, it is lack of time.

I think that you go out and find a countdown ticker you want, right click and hit properties and then select and copy then take it over here and put it in your, okay, let's let someone who knows what they are talking about finish this or correct it.

I am not called "Slightly Goofy" for nothing and I named myself.

Hello all,

Hope you're all having a good Monday. (Does such a thing exist?) Had a good morning with DD just hanging out & letting her have a pajama day. Tomorrow we'll start getting up early (7:30, so at least early for us) and practice getting ready (breakfast, clothes, packing lunch) for preschool starting next week.

Afternoon's been kinda crummy though, as we got the confirmation that we'll be joining so many of you on the cancer train. After running tests all weekend, DH's grandma has been officially diagnosed with bile duct cancer. At 85, and with other health issues, her treatment options are going to be limited I'm sure. We're just hoping she can last through the year, to have one more Christmas and see her next great-grandchild born (due 11/2).

Thanks for the input on the ADRs, I'll probably cancel them at some point this week. I'll post them to the November cancellations in a couple days, but wanted to give y'all first crack if anyone needs them. All are for three people.

my prayers are with your family for ur grandma, i know its tough, i lost my grandma years ago but its still hard at times especially since she never got to meet my daughter. what dates are you going? we arrive November 19th!!

I am sure I am leaving out some things I wanted to respond too..but I am working on 2nd grade math and Geometry!! Hee hee...multi-tasking for sure!
I have the (almost)same camera as Shelly...it's a Sony Cyber-shot and I got mine this past Christmas...it is the best camera I have had so far...I admire all of your big cameras with the large lenses...but I love mine for what I do with it...and so far all my pics have been great clarity wise...this will be it's first trip to Disney!!!!!

It all fits on a small piece of paper that is sized to fit in the outside pocket of my bag. I also laminate, to be safe.

My friend had one that was a full page for each day with specific times for certain rides and menu items already selected at each restaurant for each person. That scared me

I absolutely Love this! I have to admit I was totally giggling at first but not that Im thinking about it.....Not a bad idea
