Could be. Because of flooding in some areas, water managers seem to be concerned with retaining to much water now. They don't want late snow to come and overflow the resevoirs. I'm worried the resevoirs won't get full.

There is nothing known about long term that is very helpful. They known the currect snow pack, current resevoir levels and river flow rates. Then the mostly guess at what will happen.

Last year what happened is, there was a lot of snow and cool temperatures that delayed melting. In some areas there was late season snow and rain, so plenty of water in the river systems but still lots of snow held in the mountains. When temperatures finally got warm enough to melt that snow it melted a lot quickly which caused flooding. Usually the snow melts in a more gradual way.

If it's raining out we have to have a rain jacket over our costume regardless if we are walking to work or at an outside position. Sure rain gear keeps you dry, it also doesn't breath so your burning up while you wear it.

It's pretty dry so I'm sure most will welcome it.

Good Evening! Skiing was excellent, so much snow it went from a poor season to a good one in half a storm.

I can feel for you man. For I have worn rain coats like that before, and could not wait to ditch it. Once removing it I could have sworn that I had lost at least 5 pounds. Now if one has no weight to lose, well that might be not good then. Matter of fact, if one loses too much weight, have there is none to be lost, then a person might become like the guests at the Enchanted Tiki Room where the birds make the audience disappear..... ya!
