The new Highway to Disney?

I've read that the highway to avoid I-4 is open and can't find much info. on it. Can anyone tell me if this a time saver? I've tried mapping my trip with a number of different sights, and not one of them lists the new highway. Also, anyone who's tried it, can you list details on where you turn off. Thanx

The new highway is useful only to folks coming from due north or northwest.

From I-75 coming south get onto Florida's Turnpike. (Skip route 27.) From FLorida's Turnpike get onto 429 south. (Then get off at Disney/Hartzog exit and turn left.)
