I hate how Stephenie made a character so BLAND that you can put yourself in the role.
Because if you're not trying to do that, you feel nothing for the character and it's like 'Wow, Bella is a big loser'

Yeah, but it's a huge fantasy. I mean, in the first book, EVERYONE is in love with her. It gives girls with zip self confidence some hope, like wow, everyone loves me.
