I'm not wild about the new website, but I was able to cancel a reservation on-line and my points were put back where they should be! This should make switching resorts at 7 mos. so much easier since I won't have to wait until
9am to cancel home resort reservation to rebook when short on points.

I've done that on the old website and it replaced points immediately any way. By the way, the booking online part of the website is still the "old" website.

Anyone else get a message on the front page from Minnie this morning saying they can't display your personal information (but you're welcome to explore the rest of the site)?
And does anyone think this will lead to an official DVC app in the near future? Trying to book a villa using my iPhone is painful.

I don't get a message like that from Minnie. It would be great to have a DVC app for both iPhone and iPad. But function seems less important to Disney than form, at least where IT is concerned.

Now please -- someone tell me they've solved the previously-unsolvable: how to link two consecutive reservations booked with two different member numbers!!!
CRAZY that we have to check out and check back in -- I don't care how "seamless" they make the check-out/check-back-in -- it's ridiculous... and NOT seamless!!!
Glad I stopped by yesterday. I have a Dec. UY and forgot to tell them to bank my points to use for my Dec 2013 trip. They had my points right on the first page so I was able to see that I still had 110 points for 2012. Called and had them bank and use them for the trip I booked for Dec 2013. I probably wouldn't have thought about them when I book my April 2014 trip. I could have lost 110 points.
