DH, DS5, DD3 and I will be staying at CSR 11/23-12/5 for the first time. I think I read somewhere that there is an area at the dig site playground where children can dig in the sand for hidden treasures...is this correct? I know DS would really enjoy this. At his preschool they scatter confetti sometimes and the kids love to find them. Any info is much appreciated. Thank you.

I'm planning on switching from ASmo to CSR tomorrow. I'm not very familiar with the resort. Can anyone tell me what I should request if I have small children. We will be traveling with an infant and well as a 5-year old and a 9-year-old.

There is plenty of sand but I never heard anything about hidden treasures. Pics on my website below

Depends what you are looking for

Cabana 9b is close to bus stop 1 and the main building with a short walk to the Dig Site over the wooden bridge. Most preferred location.

Cabana 8a is close to the Dig Site and bus stop 4 with a short walk to the main building. Some rooms within steps of the Dig Site.

Cabana 8b and 9a are inbetween the 2 above. cabana 9a has a quiet pool. cabana 9a also has smoking optional rooms so make sure you are clear as to what you will accept.

Cabana rooms are mostly waterview rooms or non parking lot views.

Rancho 7b has a quiet pool, is close to the Dig Site and bus stop 4 with a bit longer walk to the main building. 7b is behind cabana 8a. rancho 6b is also fairly close to the main pool area.

Casita 4 is close to the gym, spa and has quiet pool. The casitas have great fountains and courtyards. casita 5 is close to the Dig Site with a good walk to the main building. The lower the casita number the closer towards the main building.

Casitas 1 and 3 are the closest to the convention center and one has a covered walkway leading right to it.

I'm finally going to get to stay at CSR! We've decided to go Thanksgiving week and we've chosen CSR for two nights before moving over to BCV. My granddaughter has been eyeballing that Dig Site for 4 years now and she's finally going to get to enjoy it. The whole trip is a surprise for her and my 2yo DGD! We're going to be at CSR November 23 & 24!
Have a great trip! She will love the dig site and the slide!!

I'm sure this has been asked but I can't remember..

Does CSR have either high speed internet access in room or in business center?

My husband has to check in once for an online college course. We're trying to figure out if its easier to pay for about an hour or a days worth of access.

CSR has high speed in the rooms and WiFi in certain locations throughout the resort. Each cost $9.95 per 24 contiguous hours or $4.95 per hour

I've read of guests shipping packages to themselves. Did you try to do a search?

I looked for this information but can't find it!

Does CSR have Splenda in the rooms with the coffee pot? I honestly can't remember even though this will be my fourth trip there :rolleyes1

Yes, 2 Splenda are included in the packet along with 2 coffee mate, 2 regular sugar packets, 2 stir sticks and napkins. Or I should say as of April 2005 this is what you got.

:wizard: Thaats good to know. Will save room in my bags also. :smooth:

Buzz really does have all the CSR answers! Thanks ! Keep up the thread! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
