We just returned from CSR and I had the same question as you before I went. The refrigerators are the larger dorm sized...about the height of a nightstand. There is no freezer in them. I was able to fit 2 half gallons of milk in the door and could have fit a third.
I ordered from gardengrocer.com and was able to fit lots in our fridge. I was very pleased.

Buzz, I wish I'd known that I could have requested a micro! We did fine without it, but it would have been very convenient to have.

It's $17 for 1-3 nights and $27.00 for 5-7 nights. The prices are not per night.

I'm staying at CSR Sept 21-29 (surprise trip for DD6 and DS5). woohoo!!!!

We stayed there last year and we LOVED it. We also went to the World this February and stayed at POR - we liked CSR a LOT better.

Has anyone here traveled to the world in September? What can I expect for busing? When we stayed at POR, we waited in TERRIBLY long lines especially to get back to the resort at night. Sometimes it was 45 mins or an hour.

The bus waits are no where near as bad as POR/POFQ. THe only time the buses can be crowded is after Fantasmic or some other evening ending show.

As mentioned earlier, the microwaves at CSR are limited, first come first serve basis. I don't think they charge for its use but I'm not 100% on that.

Also, I was wondering if anyone had gone for the Swedish Massage at the Spa? My dd (Bizzibee) and I were thinking it might be nice after the first week to go there. If you have been before do they have more than one person doing the massages? We had hoped to go together. Also, how far in advance should the reservations be made?

LOL my price went up for my 7 night stay , but I'm going from POP to CSR now. The price difference to me seemed to make sense .

Waterview can be a quiet pool, fountain, lake, river or any body of water at Disney.

There is no way to guaranteed a preferred location but make sure you make the requests when booking your trip and follow the instructions from allearsnet.

Hi all,
DH & I will be at CSR in mid November. I noticed there'll be two different conventions while there. Does anyone notice if the conventioners get drunk and roam around the resort like that? I don't mind so long as no one gets belligerent.

I don't think you're likely to have a problem with this. We just completed our second visit to CSR and have never encountered anyone, conventioneer or other who was belligerent. But it's like most things in life, although it isn't the norm, you can never say what might happen in the future.

I thought I saw somewhere on the Disney Resort site that you can get a rollaway bed for $15/night. Has anyone done this?

We have a King bed at home and are not going to like sharing a double....much less with a 5 or 11 year old. lol We would like to put at least one child on a rollaway and take turns sharing the bed with the 5 year old b/c he takes up much less room than an adult!

The last 2 times we went...we got King rooms - b/c we traveled with 2 adult relatives and got them a separate connecting double room - and put the kids down under their room on the reservations. Both times we used our air mattress for the boys.

I would like to leave it at home this trip....but only if I can get the rollaway.

Anyone know about this? Thanks!

My aunt and I had them and they were fantastic! The staff was excellent as were the massages.
