Hi, just curious what dates during the holidays did you get that great rate? Would love to go back during Christmas it was so beautiful!! Plus CSR celebrate Los Posados the Mexican Christmas Traditions and we would love to be there during that time. With all the talk about codes and secret pins and discounts, I had to call "just to check". Well, no pin, no discount, but we got a AAA Standard room at CSR for $130/nt (including taxes) over christmas AND new years! We'll probably drop the later days but I'd rather grab them now, than want them later and not be able to get them.

I'll be joining my husband at his convention at CSR in June, and I stumbled across this thread in trying to dig up info on the resort. While he is locked away in sessions all day, my teen daughter, niece and I will be out having fun.
My main concern is that due to an ankle fracture
a few months ago, the size of the resort scares me a little as I can't walk the grand distances that I did on our first trip to WDW in 1991. I can manage a short walk, but the mad dash from park to park is going to go a little slower now. However, after reading the posts on this thread, I feel much more comfortable about the transportation around the resort and to and from the parks. As this is our first visit to CSR, are there any words of advice about transportation for those of us who have limited mobility?
