Glad someone asked about water sliding with two people. I was also curious about that. Another question though, will he be ok on the slide wearing his puddle jumper? I know at some waterparks around here kids aren't allowed to wear anything but the provided life jackets from the park and they are only allowed on some slides with them.

Thank you for posting this because now I have the same question. We have a swim vest that DD uses at home but if she won't be allowed to wear it on the slides at CBR we'll just use the life jackets they provide.

What's the water depth at the bottom of the slides?

I have regularly been checking in with CM via chat to see if rooms for 5 are available to book so I can modify my reservation. The last two have told me that the option will probably not be available to completion of the renovations in 2015. Has anyone else checked on this? Are you getting the same answers?

Ugh I seriously hope not. I wanted to try & book a BB for the 5 of us in 2 weeks. Options are very restricted & I will not pay deluxe prices to stay value again - my husband would have a coronary!! I think I'm going to try booking 4 of us & adding the 3rd child when booking for 5 opens up. If it doesn't work out, I'll just cancel it.

I believe some of the king bed rooms at POR also have the murphy bed so I would expect it to be the same here.

They do at POR. We were booked in one until we switched to CBR to get free dining.

I had posted a comment earlier about wanting to extend my vacation with free dining for 2 more days. The cast member told me it was possible but, then someone here said they did not think that it could be done after the free dining had ended. I just wanted to let ya'll know that it can indeed be done. As long as you are extending a vacation it is allowed if space opens up. Apparently someone canceled and I timed it just right. Sooooo......

Dansdad if you could please change my dates from Dec. 19-28 to Dec. 19-30 I would appreciate it! Thanks! :yay:

Your kids will be able to wear their own life jackets/swim vests. And I see mickeystoontown posted a pic with the depth at the end of the slide.

The phone CMs really have no idea. Some people are being told after Thanksgiving, some have been told by Christmas and some January 1st. Unfortunately, we just have to play the waiting game. :rolleyes1

Yep, this is us. :sad:

With a 15 month old we were really counting on the kids play area. The fact that CBR has a kiddie place allowed us to switch from ASMo to CBR and still make sure we had that special splash area for dd. I'm regretting spending the extra money. I'm wondering if we should switch...

Does anyone know if the pool slide is dark. Pool slides look Awesome from pictures and videos I've seen. I just want to make sure they won't be too dark inside them for my DD.

how old is your DD? the pool slide is enclosed, so it is kinda dark.. but there is another, smaller slide in the main pool area, the original slide.
