Q. How do I link my Walt Disney World Annual Pass with My Disney Experience?
A. It's easy! Visit the About Me screen in the Profile section to link your pass.
The linking process requires that you have your Annual Pass in your possession, as you will need the ID Number printed on the pass.
Once your Annual Pass is linked, you will see it listed on the About Me screen in the Profile section and the My Reservations section. My Reservations also lists your FastPass+ arrival window times.
Please note that Water Park and DisneyQuest Annual Passes only appear in the My Reservations section of My Disney Experience, not on the About Me screen in the Profile section.
Q. As an Annual Passholder, how do I reserve access to select attractions and shows in advance with FastPass+ service?
A. All you have to do in link you Annual Pass with My Disney Experience and you are ready to reserve access to select FastPass+ attractions, entertainment and quick-service dining. Once you Annual Pass is linked, visit the My Reservations section and tap the FastPass+ button.
To confirm that your Annual Pass is linked, check that it's listed in the About Me screen in the Profile section and the My Reservations section. My Reservations also lists your FastPass+ arrival window times
You 'Claim' your pass using My Disney Experience. The MDE website doesn't currently show 'claimed' passes, but the MDE app does.
From the FAQ in the My Disney Experience app:
FastPass+ booking is subject to actual FastPass+ rollout.
NOTE: Linking your AP to MDE will NOT give you access to the Passholder webpage. That's an entirely different process that Disney has not yet updated. Access to the passholder webpage is not necessary to schedule FastPass+ as that will be done using MDE.
that is the problem the new passes - the ones we got in march thru may - will not work
I don't get this information - I get information telling me that the new ap are not yet in the system. and it does not give a date - just says that they willl be there later this year.....
if I had known this would not have updated my ticket.
so guess those of us who got the new tickets (WII ones) they won't work for this summer. so we don't get fast pass?

I was able to scan our PAPs not sure what I can do with that. I also need to upgrade our passes to the RFID ones when we go next week. Should I have been signing up for FP +. I didn't think it was in practice yet. We did not get bracelets yet either. Should we have?

so no one is getting advance fast passes????
To use FastPass+, you will need link your passes to MDE in the same place on the website you would a resort reservation:
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/claim/
If you do link your pass using the above link, it will not appear on the MDE website yet. They did briefly show up on 6/26 under My Profile, but disappeared later in the day. They will show on the MDE mobile app as noted in Post #6.
The Passholder 'Affiliation' appears to be just for purchasing special event tickets via disneyworld.com. It doesn't have anything to do with FastPass+.
I was able to link MY PAP voucher, but not my husband's. It doesn't list the rest of my family members, and there is no information on how to do that.
You add him to 'Friends & Family' which is found under 'My Profile'.
If he has his own MDE account, you will want to 'invite' him so you can view and share plans.
If he doesn't have his own MDE account, you will manage the account.
