If you don't tell them the problems you encountered then they don't have the opportunity to correct them! (OK, so I am a big wimp about complaining myself .... you know, don't want to ruffle any feathers or get anyone in trouble.) Maybe your complaint will net positive results for both your family and future guests at this resort! OH!!! How many times did you go to the Tiki Room on your trip!

TiggerFans - Oops, I just re-read my reply to you about the poll-posting and I sounded rather mean I think. Poor choice of wording in the way I said it. Sorry, I really did appreciate what you did and am "in fact" using alot of the wording in my poll. Forgive me, this poll is putting a lot of pressure on me.

, so I did it already. I hope everybody is OK with their color. I took the ones that people had requested and then I just pulled the rest from ones that were being used from the pull-down.

TiggerFans - I had looked back through the pages and you had requested to be magenta or purple, since magenta isn't on the pull-down I went with the purple. And you could never offend me by offering to help me, I LOVE help.

Deadheadbelle, I was watching the preview for 60 Minutes the other night, and there were going to do a piece on the surviving members of the Dead. Apparently they are street performing or something like that once again in Haight Ashbury. (Do I have that name right?)

I'm game for a couple of cold ones and a concert. How about David Bowie? I've always wanted to see him.

Hmmmmmmmm the last concert I saw was "Tarzan Rocks".

Before that, I haven't been to a concert in 12 years but I've seen Aerosmith, Guns N Roses, Tesla, Skid Row, Def Leppard and LA Guns. This in no way reflects my own personal music taste, they were all concerts DH wanted to go to, although I do really like Aerosmith still.

If I could see anybody it would be Elton John followed closely by Billy Joel and Coldplay.

Whew! Lotsa posts since I was here last! I'd just been goggling at a thread on the Dark Side where someone lied about his military service and he was found out. Can't believe some people. Just goes to show that you can’t always take what people post at face value. (Not directing that at anyone in the Tagliarchy!!!)

Anyway, the poll looks good to me. I hope the Tag Fairies get the color they want. Tag Fairies, we love you so!

As for concerts, I've been to a few, but not many. My first one was New Kids on the Block. Yeah, those were the days. I’ve seen others, like Bob Dylan, Ani DiFranco, Genesis, Harry Connick Jr., Michael Crawford and Itzhak Perlman (I got a photo with him after!). I have unilateral hearing loss – my left ear is totally shot and has been from birth – so I fear losing much hearing in the other ear. I have geek music tastes anyway. Ella Fitzgerald doesn't do concerts from the grave.
