He'd run rings around me fitness wise though.
I was running through the grounds of tredegar house today with my dog (who is amazingly quick and easily rivals her greyhound buddy) and my sister (who had a scooter) and it reminded me of just how unfit I am xD I mean not to make excuses but I had knee high riding boots on and it was unusually hot today so obviously I wasn't on my best form especially with the hunt yesterday.
I may take to jogging after school or doing something.
