The Neighbors do Disney, DAY 3 MK ADDED!

We loved the house and Windsor Hills. It was maybe 15 mins. from the house to parking lots, maybe less. The turn is the second stop light on 192 from the Disney exit. Lake Wilson Rd. The stoplight is the longest in the world, but still, a very easy commute. We stayed in the house for 7 nights and VWL for 2 nights so that we could compare. For me I don't think I would trade the private pool and hot tub for anything. The extra space and ability to have some homecooked meals was also nice. It was so nice to put the kids to bed and relax in the pool after a long day at the parks. I don't know if you are traveling with kids or not, but mine would have been just as happy to stay at Windsor Hills than go to the parks. They loved the community pool and slide and the playground and the game room in the house.

I was a little surprised with how worn out the carpets were already, since the house is pretty new. For what you are getting the price cannot be beat. Extra magic hours are nice, (and maybe more necessary during peak times) but I still think I'd pick offsite over on in the future. At least for our family at this time. Maybe I need a longer stay onsite to decide. Any other questions, I'd be happy to try to answer.

Day 2 Animal Kingdom
The Cast

Me – Obsessive in Travel Planning, but nothing else
DH, Mr. Obsessive – Obsessive in everything else
DS5, Birthday Boy – Going to Disney for his fourth 5th birthday party
DS3, Willie Will – Just three, that’s enough
Grandma – Doesn’t think her body will hold up for the whole trip but will die trying
Granddaddy – Retired two days before and is ready to take on the world with his crazy family
DSIL – Looking for a little relaxation from her day job as a home daycare provider
DBIL – The Cop, upset that he had to fly naked to Orlando and leave all of his “end of the world, bioterrorist, emergency” supplies at home
Dnephew 12 – Mr. Too Cool for Disney/Scooter Boy
DNiece12 – Miss Inquisitive, likes to make informed decisions
DNephew9 – Soccer Star, has to leave two days early for national championships
DNiece8 – Sweet Syd, definitely afraid of dinosaurs and Harry Potter

Everybody got a good night sleep. I was up and intent on getting to AK at opening. Everyone else appeared to be moving towards that goal as well, although a little slower than I liked. I told them they didn’t have to leave with us, we could meet up later. My SIL told me later that there was no way they were hitting the parks on their first day without their trusty travel planner. She said she was too nervous to venture out on her own the first day, she told me this on Saturday after she had returned from visiting three parks in one day.

The forecast showed this to be our worst weather day of the trip. Showers, windy and chilly until noon and then the sun would come out for the rest of the week. We were just about ready to get going when the sky opened up and it poured! Not a passing shower, all out rain, monsoon maybe. Any way I think it was actually my SIL doing a rain dance upstairs because she was afraid we would leave without them. The “quick shower” lasted just long enough for them to finish getting ready and we were off. We didn’t make it at park opening but we were early enough to get a spot close enough that we didn’t need to take the tram. We learned last year that most of the time it was quicker and easier to walk then to fold up the strollers to take the tram. We ended up losing at parking roulette however, because we just missed the end of the row and ended up being the first car all the way down at the far end of a new row. I hate it when that happens, it adds an extra half mile to your walk. Oh well, it was our first full day and we were full of energy. It was windy and quite cold, the wind was blowing in our face the whole way to the entrance and Willie was hollering about it the whole way too.

I had already prepped everyone before we left the house. Unzip you bags to get them checked by security, get through the gate, you’ll have to have your fingers scanned, but not the kids, grab a park map and show time schedule, find Africa, and high tale it to Kilimanjaro Safari. Once we got in, Grandma and Granddaddy were trying to figure out why they didn’t have to have their fingers scan. Granddaddy said it was because they were too old. Grandma didn’t think so. I got everyone maps, DH reminded everyone to make sure they got English. Then everyone needed a potty break, but have been the rain. At this point it was a little chilly and misting.

We headed through the oasis and towards the tree of life. I told everyone we should get a group picture, they were all reluctant, but once I explained how photo pass worked, they decided it was ok. One of the photographers was a bit of a trickster and kept moving us all over the place to pose. Ha, Ha, very funny sir, but we are on a mission. This is the part of the trip that, like last year, everyone thinks I’m being a little too rigid and crazy in my planning and worries that it will be like this for the entire trip. But it’s not. I just need to get Kilimanjaro out of the way and then they can do whatever they want. So we get our pictures and then start walking towards Africa. Then we spot Stitch. Everyone wants to stop and get Stitch’s autograph. We can come back and see Stitch, come on people let’s keep moving, well the line is pretty short, ok, just one picture and autograph.
DSC065017.jpg
Stitch was pretty funny. He was pretending to lick everyone and gave The Cop a hard time.
DSC065015.jpg
DSIL swore it was because there was a girl in the costume and she liked him. DSIL may be a little on the jealous side. Ok, moving on to Africa, ooh look it’s Flick! Before I can protest they are all in line. Dang it people we have to get to Africa, ok, he’s pretty cute, but this is it!
DSC0650112.jpg
Sign, Sign, Smile, Smile, and we are off again. A little closer to Africa I say, “Hey look everyone there’s King Louie and Baloo, might as well see them too.” And we did. We finally made it to Kilimanjaro Safari and walked right on. Now everyone surely thinks I’m a lunatic.

Everyone loved Kilimanjaro, Sweet Syd got a little worried when the bridge started to collapse. My guys remembered it from last year and told Grandma all about it. Soccer Star liked it and even Mr. Too Cool seemed to enjoy it. Once we finished and got the strollers, everyone needed to potty again. We found our way to the potty but somehow missed the Pangani Forest Trail, we’ll have to try to catch it again next time. Next we walked through Asia, which we never even set foot in last year because we spent almost the entire time in the boneyard.
DSC0650111.jpg
We stopped to get some pictures of the kids peddling each other around on the bicycle. They turned out really cute. Scooter Boy did it too, he liked pedaling a bike that couldn’t fall over.
DSC065011.jpg
We walked through the Maharajah Jungle Trek, mainly because we missed it last time and my dad has not stopped talking about how great the tigers were and that we really had to see them! Apparently when my dad was there they came right up to the glass, but on this day they didn’t come anywhere near us. We were a little disappointed and knew that my dad would be too. He just can’t stop talking about those tigers. The boys found their first Kids Discovery Club. They had to smell things and guess what they were and then got a stamp in a little booklet. I don’t know about everyone else but my kids love the Discovery Clubs in AK and the Kidcots at EPCOT. We think Disney just has an amazing way with details and offering something for every guest. I think that in all the larger than life stuff going on around them, my guys feel security in these little stops and are able to relax and enjoy.
DSC065018.jpg
We came out to find Grandma and Granddaddy taking a rest. The rest of the group wanted to head over to check out Expedition Everest. We had heard it was open today, but that since it was a soft opening it could close at anytime.

The sun had started to come out and it was warming up. We decided to go grab Fast Passes for EE and then see It’s tough to be a Bug because our Birthday Boy had not stopped talking about it since we had mentioned it to him before the jungle trek. I was prepping him that it would be kind of dark and a little scary but he could just take off his glasses if he wanted. DH said I was prepping him too much and to just let it be. He was ready and we went in to have a seat. I told him we should sit in the back in case we had to leave. He said to just stop worrying. I said, But the unofficial guide and the DIS both say it’s pretty bad, anyway we took our seat right smack in the middle of the middle row. There was clearly no easy escape from here. Birthday Boy did ok, he freaked during the scenes with Hopper and when the spiders came down and said he had to leave. Granddaddy decided it was too scary for Willie and took his glasses off, but Willie insisted on putting them right back on. Willie said he didn’t think it was a little scary, he thought it was “very, very scary!” Although he didn’t show it one bit. We split with the Grands and headed to the Boneyard and prepared to spend the rest of the day there. It was in the Boneyard that I realized just how much my guys had grown and changed in a year. Birthday Boy wasn’t very interested in the digging at all. Willie could have stayed all day, but was happy to follow his big brother wherever he wanted to go. They both had a ball on the slides this time. The Grands found us again and DH and Grandma took the boys on Triceratops Spin while Granddaddy watched and I went to get the boys food from Restaurantosaurus. I waited forever and was very glad that I decided to do it without the boys. I think this is one of the most reasonably priced places to eat in the World. The Happy Meals are not that much more than outside of the World.

We left the Grands again and headed over to Flame Tree BBQ for DH and I to get some food. I could not bring myself to eat McDonald’s in WDW. I got the Smoked Turkey Breast Sandwich and DH got the Pork BBQ. DH was upset with me because Willie ate his beans and Birthday Boy ate his corn and I probably should have known this was going to happen. But I gave him what I couldn’t eat of my sandwich so he didn’t starve.

Then we headed over to meet up with the rest of the gang to ride EE. We left the boys with the Grands and jumped in the Fast Pass line. I love Fast Pass. We were on in no time. EE was AWESOME!!!!! I don’t want to spoil it for anyone, but I’ll share a little…the scenery was wonderful, once on the ride you couldn’t tell you were in Florida anymore. Then the twists and turns and surprises were just great! I have to admit I did have my eyes closed for a good portion of the backwards and dark parts so I can’t really comment on that. We got off and waited a few minutes to see what everyone else thought of the ride. They agreed that it was AWESOME! DNiece12 said she had to have a shirt that said she rode it. I said, no problem, I’ll make you one or find someone on the DIS to design you one. The girls were pretty syked that they rode the big bad EE. The boys sat this one out and I think they were a little bummed about it.
DSC065016.jpg

I asked DNiece12 if she wanted to try Dinosaur with me, since she seemed to be the thrill seeker of the group. This is when she started to earn her nickname for the duration of the report. Miss Inquisitive started a game of 20 questions, make that 200. Is it scary? Yes. Have you ridden it yet? No. Do things jump out at you? Yes. Should I do it? I don’t know. I told her I hadn’t ridden it, but that I heard it was very scary and things definitely jump out at you. Is it a roller coaster? Is it a movie? I don’t know, do you want to ride it or not? OOOhhh I don’t know. Ok, let’s get fast passes and decide later. So that is what we did. Then we split up again to go do some other things and wait for our fast pass time. I think we went back to the Boneyard, I can’t remember.

We came back and met up with them for Dinosaur. All the big kids decided to go, Miss Inquisitive, Scooter Boy, Soccer Star, and Sweet Syd. The girls were feeling pumped since they rode Everest and the boys, who never ride rides, didn’t want to miss out again. I asked them over and over if they were sure, they assured me, yes they were. While we were in the preloading show, Sweet Syd asked me, “Is this really scary?” I said, “Yes, are you sure you want to do it? We can leave now.” She said she wanted to do it. Miss Inquisitive said, “Are the dinosaurs real, no, wait, there aren’t any dinosaurs anymore, right?” What are the schools teaching these kids? We got in our little vehicle and took off. It was dark and loud. I was on the end with Miss Inquisitive beside me, then Soccer Star, then Sweet Syd on the other end and Scooter Boy behind me. Sweet Syd had her head down the entire time, so I couldn’t tell how she was doing. Soccer Star yelled something, but I couldn’t hear it and it kept getting dark and loud so I couldn’t talk to them. Finally I could hear Soccer Star say, “She’s ok, She’s ok.” Then a few seconds later, “No she’s not!” And then the ride ended. DSIL and The Cop were waiting at the end of the ride. Good move on their part. Sweet Syd was hysterical and Soccer Star was crying because she was crying. Miss Inquisitive and Scooter Boy were fine. I felt horrible for encouraging them to ride it. I told her we could ride Dumbo together next time. She tried to smile, but was still pretty upset.

While we were riding Dinosaur my boys did another Kids Discovery Club, where they looked for Dinosaur fossils. The lady explained that Dinosaurs were extinct and asked if they had ever seen a Dinosaur. Willie put his hand up and said, “I have!” She said, “You have? Where?” He said, “At the zoo!” Grandma said that he said it with such conviction that the lady seemed to wonder if he actually had.

Next we went to stake out a spot for the parade. Grandma said that the others were heading back to the house. I was upset they weren’t staying for the parade. She said they had seen lots of parades and the kids didn’t really like parades. Well, they have never seen a Disney parade and I think Animal Kingdom’s is one of the best. There loss, once again, “You can lead a horse to water, ….”

We got a front row spot and parked the strollers. Grandma, Birthday Boy and I went to check out the gift shop while Granddaddy and Dh waited with Willie who had fallen asleep. We got lots of pictures of Birthday Boy trying on hats, it was pretty cute.
DSC065012.jpg
I bought him a pressed penny book, which was becoming his new obsession. Beside the check out there was a log pole that looked like it was chewed by a gopher. Birthday Boy said, “Hey mom, get a picture of this!” and pretended to be a gopher.
DSC065013.jpg
I think we have taken too many pictures of him. On the plane ride down he told me he had some ideas for pictures at the Lego store, he said it would be a surprise.

We went back to watch the parade. It was great! Last year we were in the back with the boys on our shoulders. This year in the front row we could see everything and relax. It is definitely worth waiting for a good seat. Lots of characters came up and shook hands. Willie woke up half way through it and had no idea where he was for a while, but eventually started dancing and having fun.
DSC065019.jpg

After the parade we drug Grandma and Granddaddy over to see the Lion King show. Everyone enjoyed it. Willie danced his butt off. The Grands were glad they came but were very done for the day. It was closing time anyway so we told them they could go ahead home. We stayed a little while, cleaned out the strollers, took a potty break and then headed for the car.

We ended up getting to the car about the same time as the Grands. It was pretty easy to find because it was parked next to the bright orange one. I accidentally ran Birthday Boy into the license plate of their car and he cried most of the way back to the house, mainly because he was exhausted.

Back at the house, The Cop was fixing burgers for dinner. That’s what I love about having the house, burgers for less then $7 a piece. Sweet Syd said she forgave me, but I’m not sure. Her daddy was preparing for the worst as far as nightmares. DSIL said she only had nightmares after watching Harry Potter, was it worse than that? I said, “I think so, did Harry Potter have Dinosaurs roaring and attacking you?” I haven’t seen Harry Potter, but I think Dinosaur was probably worse.

After dinner the kids played air hockey and pool in the game room, and then we all went for a swim. This is by far my favorite part of having the house. After a full day at the park we could relax in the pool and hot tub. And it was HOT. The night was pretty cool, in the upper 40s I think, but the pool and hot tub were steaming hot. We finally talked Grandma into getting in and she was happy she did. But still not sure if she would make it the whole week.

Time to go to bed, tomorrow is the big one, Magic Kingdom! We have ADRs for Crystal Palace and Cinderella’s Royal Table for 8:10 AM, followed by the Family Magic Tour. Mr. Cool/Scooter Boy decided that he would go to CRT once he found out Crystal Palace had Pooh and friends. He would rather try his luck with the hot princess, rather than the chubby bear. We had this conversation while he was drinking a milkshake out of a wine glass. I had to get a picture of him with the wine glass and milk mustache.

Good Night!

Awesome report - you make me wish I was there!

Can't wait for the next one!

Great job of both planning and reporting. We love your enthusiasm.

Great report, sounds like you are having lots and lots of disney magic! :)

You seem like a very nice SIL and DIL. It's nice to see families getting along on a family vacation. I went with family once, and it can get difficult!

Day 3 Magic Kingdom

The Cast
Me – Obsessive in Travel Planning, but nothing else
DH, Mr. Obsessive – Obsessive in everything else
DS5, Birthday Boy – Going to Disney for his fourth 5th birthday party
DS3, Willie Will – He's three, need we say more
Grandma – Doesn’t think her body will hold up for the whole trip but will die trying

DNiece12 – Miss Inquisitive, likes to make informed decisions
DNephew9 – Soccer Star, has to leave two days early for national championships
DNiece8 – Sweet Syd, definitely afraid of dinosaurs and Harry Potter

Last night was the worst night ever, compounded by the fact that I knew we had a very busy day planned with a very early start. Our little birthday boy tossed and turned and jumped and yelled all night long. Finally around 4:00 AM I gave him some Motrin and a peanut butter sandwich, because he was complaining that he was hungry, and he calmed down and went to sleep. 6:30 AM the alarm went off, not that I needed it, since I was watching the clock the entire night. Birthday Boy was sleeping peacefully and I jumped in the shower.

We had ADRs at 8:10 for Crystal Palace for Me, DH, Grandma, Granddaddy, DSIL, Soccer Star, Birthday Boy, and Willie Will. DBIL, Mr. Too Cool, Miss Inquisitive and Sweet Syd had ADRs for 8:15 at Cinderella’s Royal Table. So we needed to be out of the house by 7:15. And we did it!

We arrived at Magic Kingdom and parked in the front row. Grandma and Granddaddy tried to use their tickets. The CM informed them that they had kids tickets, which explains why they didn’t have to do the finger scan the day before, but didn’t explain why they didn’t notice it the day before. Grandma is very concerned that she had been sent the wrong tickets by Ticketmainia. But I had checked them for her when they came in, because I had some trouble with mine. So I was pretty sure that they were correct. They were getting ready to go talk to someone to try and figure out the problem when I thought to have them check Soccer Star and Sweet Syd’s tickets, and sure enough they had the adult ones. So Grandma and Granddaddy’s finger scans didn’t work for the rest of the trip. But problem solved and we were off. We stopped on Main Street to get some photos with our Photo Pass and then split up for our breakfast reservations.

We headed over and checked in at Crystal Palace. We were seated in about 10 minutes at a big round table in the back. We all hopped up and went to get our food. Everyone agreed with us that Crystal Palace is the best breakfast buffet ever.

Now I’m going to try to put into words the trouble that we had with the characters and the sharpie markers and Grandaddy at Crystal Palace, but I think you had to be there to see what a frustrating experience it was. Somehow Granddaddy’s seat was on the outer side of the table between my boys. DH, Mr. Obsessive, had already expressed his concerns repeatedly with the dangers of Sharpies and preschoolers. Trying to get the books open and the pens ready for the characters proved to be a very complicated task, especially with Granddaddy in the middle. Both boys, Granddaddy, and the characters were covered in marker by the time we were done. Granddaddy was very frustrated by the whole experience and rather than helping Willie with the marker, since he was sitting beside him, he hollered at Grandma who was wedged into the back of the table to get up and come help him with the marker. I don’t think any of us ever figured out why it was such a big ordeal, but it really, really was. I guess he felt pressured and rushed to try to get it all together when the characters came, but he wouldn’t get out of the way to let anyone else take over. Tigger seemed to pick up on it as well. He just shook his head with the rest of us. Somehow we managed to eat and get everyone’s autograph and get out of there without anyone strangling Granddaddy.

We met up with the rest of the gang. Mr. Too Cool was annoyed because he got his picture taken with some old lady, not the hot princess. We set off to find the Tour Garden beside City Hall for our Family Magic Tour. We all checked in and got name tags and complimentary water and snacks and waited for the tour to begin. Our tour guide was Frankie and he was wonderful. He said that it was his first day on the job and he might need our help finding his way around. I thought great, we get a new guy, this tour might not be as good as what I’ve read about on the DIS. But then I figured out that it was probably part of the act. Remember, I’m sleep deprived; it takes a little longer for things to sink in. Frankie told us we were going to be honorary cast members and started handing out rags, brooms and mops for us to help clean up. He said we needed to polish the lamp posts and clean the bathrooms. Then someone came out and said that Frankie had a phone call. He said that he couldn’t take it, because he was giving a tour. The man said that he really needed to take this one because it was from the “big cheese” Mickey himself. So Frankie apologized profusely and went to take his call. He came back a few minutes later and said that he needed to cut our tour short because there was an emergency. Peter Pan had stolen Captain Hook’s favorite hook and if it wasn’t returned by noon, he would destroy the Magic Kingdom. He said he had to go because he needed to find 24 people that could help him search for Peter Pan and he started to leave. Then a little girl said, “Hey we’re 24 people, we could help!” He said, “No way, really, would you mind?” And the hunt for the hook began.

My youngest, Willie, was eager to help. Blurting out every answer to every question, actually knowing the correct answers was no obstacle, he just made them up if he needed too. To me he was borderline annoying, but everyone else seemed to think he was cute, so I guess it was ok. My oldest, Mr. Obsessive Jr., was just trying to figure it all out. He was quietly hanging back, but you could see the wheels turning in his head, as he worked to solve this very important mission. We followed the clues down Main Street and then over to Tomorrowland. It was a little difficult for everyone to keep up, especially Grandma and Granddaddy who were beginning to feel the effects of their full day at AK the day before, and Willie that had to jump in the stroller every time we had to move. After finding a clue in Tomorrowland, our guide said we should ride a ride to find the next clue. So we all hopped on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority. Somehow, Granddaddy ended up in a car by himself. DH was very worried about him, but Grandma said he likes it that way. I have a picture of him from Myrtle Beach that looks like he is swimming in the ocean all by himself, so maybe she is right. Meanwhile, Grandma could not find the big black wall anywhere. It could have been because we were looking for a big black BALL. Everyone else found that.

On our way to the next clue we saw PUSH, the trashcan. He was quite comical. I couldn’t tell if he was interactive or not until I tried to take a picture and it said “Cheese”. That really caught me off guard. Then it said, “Sorry, did I get in your picture.” It was cute. Oh course, Mr. Cop told us later that he picked the guy controlling it out of the crowd immediately. Must be all that stealth police training. He said he was dressed like a tourist and talking into his hand. With that over, we were on our way to surprise the dude in Cosmic Ray’s, I can’t remember what his name was. We had to make all kinds of funny steps to get there and Frankie, our guide, grabbed Willie’s hand and helped him along the way. We had to get down really low to sneak up on the guy and Willie actually slithered on his stomach. Frankie thought it was hysterical. Willie really got into this tour. I really had to use the restroom but we never took a break.

Then we were off to the next clue which was at the wishing well. Willie wished for a pony and Birthday boy wished that he would be able to walk through the TV screen. They are so different. To find our next clue we all had to choose something out of a little bag and play follow the leader. One of the adults was an elephant and he made the best and most hysterical elephant sound ever. We continued to do this all the way to Adventureland. Then we had to find the next clue in Frontierland, where we were looking for Tinkerbell in a lantern, where Peter Pan had locked her up. Well somehow she had managed to escape, so we had to follow the last clue into a glade. We were all looking around for the hook when Peter Pan and Wendy popped out. They were great. Peter explained how he had played a great trick on Captain Hook and hidden the hook on Wendy’s dress so that he wouldn’t get caught. We all got pictures and autographs. They were wonderful. Only, Sweet Syd and Miss Inquisitive recognized Wendy from breakfast where apparently she was Belle, so that was kind of a magic downer. But Wendy remembered them too, so I guess all was well.

Peter decided it would be great fun if we did a ride together and decided we should do Mickey’s Philarmagic. So off we went to Fantasyland. On the way we passed by the back of the castle and Peter thought it would be a great trick to yell like a rooster to bother the princesses during the ceremony. We hooted and yelled like crazy and finally the princesses turned around and waved. Then we were off and running to Philarmagic again.

When we got to Philarmagic we walked through the fast pass entrance and into a special queuing area. While we were waiting Peter Pan wanted to play a game with the kids. I forget what it is called where you hit hands back and forth and do all these moves with your hands faster and faster. He asked if anyone knew how and then tried to teach one little girl. Then another little girl said she could do it and they put on quite a show. Wendy said she gave Peter a challenge. Peter told us about some of the other pranks he had done and Wendy told him that he shouldn’t be doing that.

When the doors opened we walked down to the front row and Peter Pan and Wendy grabbed a few kids to come sit beside them. Willie had become Frankie’s little buddy and he reached for Willie’s hand to sit with them but Willie was too excited and didn’t notice so he picked someone else. Bummer. Peter Pan and Wendy talked through the movie, with Wendy correcting Donald when he did something wrong. We all yelled out a rooster crow when we saw Tinker Bell like Peter had told us to do.

After the show, Peter said he had to run to play some more tricks and Wendy was trying to convince him not to. We all got certificates for helping to save the Magic Kingdom. It was a fun morning. Then we walked out into a very hot, extremely crowded Fantasyland at about 12:30 and I had to pee like a son of a gun. I told DH I couldn’t think straight until that was done, so I fought my way across the crowd to take care of business. Then I caught back up with our crew to plot our next move.

Folks on the DIS had recommended that you don’t plan the Family Magic Tour for your first day at MK and I would have to agree. When we were finished it was so crowded, didn’t help that we were in Fantasyland which is on of the worst places to be at noon in MK. Grandma and Granddaddy were very tired after all their adventures, DSIL and her crew wanted to get to some rides and so did DH. I was just overwhelmed and tired and hoping that everyone was enjoying what I had planned for them so far. We decided to split up.

On our last trip DH and I had planned a nap after lunch on our MK day, we ended up staying for the parade and then the rest of the day for what turned out to be a wonderful 14 hour day at the Magic Kingdom. I had envisioned they same kind of day this time. It was becoming clear to me that this was not going to happen.

More of our MK day to come…..

Yay, an update! Thanks for sharing - I was glad to know more about the tour, and I think I definately have to wait until my wee ones are quite so wee.

Can't wait for more!

Great report and pictures. I don't know how you kept track of all those people!

Thanks for posting.

I am surprised that you didn't get a break during the tour, we have done that tour twice and had a break both times right after Cosmic Rays. When we did the tour this past Jan. it was for my DS 4th birthday, our tour guide made us roll down the ramp on our back to get to Sonny. Our tour guide looked like John Travolta, I couldn't stop starring at him. :) That was nice you got to see Peter Pan and Wendy, we only had Wendy and we rode Small World since there were only 2 kids in our group my son and another little boy who was celebrating his 2nd birthday. So there were 2 kids, 1 teenager and 6 adults acting weird around the park when we did our tour. Loving the trip report.

Maria
