The neatest thing is happening outside my work window...

A wild turkey is making a nest right outside the window. It's totally crazy but it's so neat! She's been coming around for about a month now and every now and then I'll throw some seed out for her, now she has decided to nest right outside. It really is NOT a good place to nest but I hope she stays there and doesn't get frightened away. My office mate is making a sign right now he knows how much I love birds so this is freaking cool.

I think it would be interesting to watch all little babies hatching and then running aorund.

I haven't noticed you around on the boards too much. Just wanted to give you a quick hello from THUMPER! He is still around and kickin' (or should I say hopping??)

I worry about the wild turkeys around here. They cross the road in packs, so at least we can see them. We have peacocks near-by & they sure can make a lot of noise in the early morning hours!

Yeah I see a ton of them coming down Blackhawk Rd. I work in Blackhawk on the hill so I see all kinds of wildlife some through here daily (deer, bunnies etc. This is the first time one has stayed SO cool!

Apparently it was a wild cat they affectionately nicknamed "Chaomis".
