I was trying to figure if all NCIS agents have access to MTAC. I think they do, because we've seen McGee in there without Gibbs.

i think they need special clearence.

gibbs' team has very high clearence but not all agents would.

Tony made a comment when he had to buy the HR person a secret santa gift that he looked in her file and when she looked at him he said - oh it's ok my clearence is high

The wind was blowing here last night, so my tv was going in and out and then the station went out entirely at 8:45, so I don't think I even saw a full 5 minutes of it. DH thinks the convertor box died. Gues I will have to watch it on CBS.com tonight.
