Can anyone tell me more about this ride. I´m very curious. Is the rollercoaster very intense?
Please tell me about it.

Do you want details?

It is not so much an up-and-down traditional rollercoaster. You sort of go forward, then have an 'encounter' with Ihmoteb (sp?) and then zoom backwards. There are all sorts of brilliant special effects, including the ceiling of fire (v. warm) and the scarab beetles.

I loved this ride - did it 3 times in a row last year :teeth:

Yeah..it's not too bad. The special effects are really cool and the ride is fast and furious..just not long enough..IMHO. We shouldn't tell you all the secrets..it would ruin the surprise.

when did you go?? i went in april and the line was crazy long!

id say the coaster part isnt scary at all, its mostly special effects. awesome ride !!!

We went in September (in between 2 hurricanes!) and the parks were all pretty much deserted.

The longest wait we had was 30 minutes for Space Mountain at MK.

US and IofA were completely dead - we thought they were closed to start with :rotfl:

Did Hulk, Spidey and DD 3 times in a row one after the other :)

Going in September again this year so hoping it will be the same.

You never really know what kind of line you'll have at ROTM. I've been over there on busy days but the wait times were 10-15 mins. On the other hand, I've also been when the parks seemed slower but the lines were long. :confused3

Fun is the word I'd use to describe it. The only thing you need to remember, is at the top of the launch hill, the coaster makes a sharp right hand turn. So hang on, and after this it's a lot of fun and over before you know it.

If you wish to be spoiled and see a video, you can go here and scroll down to the bottom.
