Lowes and Home depot are my new favourite stores (next to target of course) for scrapbook supplies. If anyone has a harbor freight hardware store near them, I would suggest a trip, you can get the metal alphabet stamps there cheap. (my aunt just bought me some down in florida, haven't seen them yet, but they look really cool on the website) I think I have a list somewhere of all the fun things to buy at the hardware stores... roll of cork, aluminum flashing, double sided foam tape (like pop dots), wire, gutter covering in wire, laminate samples, rug samples, drywall tape (instead of magic mesh), nuts, washers, etc. maggie
There is a small pharmacy in a strip mall near my house that also has a nice selection of giftware. When I was in there the other day I found out they now have a half an asle deovted to scrapbooking, papers, stickers, templates, albums, you name it! and they are not the usual things I see in Michaels, I was so excited!
Ok, the wierdest place I ever shopped for scrapping stuff was...a pawn shop. We heard they had QuicKutz (new) at 30% off. They didn't have the font I wanted so I didn't buy. But I couldn't believe they had scrapbook stuff: guns, huge knives, stereo equipment, QuicKutz...what's wrong with this picture??
