New Polynesian Island Tower Declaration 8/4/25 county data 8/8/25 (phase 91 includes units 91A and 91B on the Fourth Floor)

This is the fourth declaration for Polynesian Villas and Bungalows Island Tower. (10th declaration overall for PVB)
It was dated August 4, 2025.

If I am reading the plans correctly (not my area of expertise), includes:

• CU 14 (common unit) Ice and Vending machine on 4th floor.
• Unit 91A
  • 1 dedicated studio
  • 1 dedicated 1BR
  • 1 lock-off 2BR
• CU 15 (common unit) - Pocket Garden Bora Bora. (facing Seven Seas Lagoon???)
• Unit 91B
  • 2 duo studios
  • 2 dedicated studios
  • 2 dedicated 1BRs
  • 3 lock-off 2BRs

I believe that brings the totals to:

• 17 of 39 Duo Studios
• 29 of 91 Tower Studios
• 12 of 26 Dedicated One-Bedroom Villas
• 22 of 46 Lockoff Two-Bedroom Villas
• 2 of 16 Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas

Ok, but how many pocket gardens?

There are four total. Not all declared.
Two facing the monorail. One can be extremely hot in the afternoon because the monorail side is afternoon sun, but will be beautiful sunsets when road construction is done.
Two face the Sevem Seas Lagoon.

I forget the floors. They are only accessible to guests staying in island tower. Elevator is magic band/key card activated. Last December (opening days) many people tried to sneak up there.

We reallly like these additions, but we stay Magic Kingdom view. As someone who doesn’t sleep well, I like to slip outside to the balcony around 5am and watch MK come alive from the MK view.

The semi private pocket gardens is a great concept that will hopefully be continued in some form at LSL and future resorts.
