The Most Expensive Free Trip Ever - TR Link is Up! Pg. 164

Yay, you made it out of the timeshare bologna, and are ready to roll- bank account safe for another couple years.

Crush! What can I say? I was just as wowwed! I'm not sure if that's how that's spelled, but it looks good to me. What amazing technology. What amazing Wow Factor! I'm even planning to take LeeAnn to see that one sans our collective 10 kids.

James has the moves! Go-Go-Go!!

Tempura is tasty... but tends to re-visit the far upper reaches of my digestive tract repeatedly in the form of heartburn and belching greasy tasting whatever it was. It's a once a year (at most) indulgence for me.

Do you know I've never seen turtle talk? Almost did...but not yet. Now I must do!

Love the jumping technique. Tempura is not my thing either. I was reminded of that this week.

For all intensive purposes, Crush is amazing.:thumbsup2

James was such a little cutie!!

Yep, safe. Not big, but safe.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor at MK uses the same technology.

James has the moves! Go-Go-Go!!

Unorthodox, but very effective.

That was exactly the problem -- heartburn. Maybe it's not intended to be a whole meal?

Do you know I've never seen turtle talk? Almost did...but not yet. Now I must do!

Have you seen Monsters Inc Laugh Floor? It uses the same technology, but isn't as focused on the little kids. Lotsa fun, as long as you're not "that guy". (If you've seen it, you'll understand that reference.)

Love the jumping technique.

I could've done maybe one of those jumps, then I'd have been done.

Tempura is not my thing either. I was reminded of that this week.

You don't realize it until later.

For all intensive purposes, Crush is amazing.:thumbsup2

Aaaaauuuuggghhhh! Now, can you tell me what an "intensive purpose" is?

James was such a little cutie!!

I have to agree.

I should know better than to post what gets under my skin.

ICK!! I would have been annoyed after a 3 hour tour too!! When we did the DVC tour we got that nice laid back tour. Thank goodness!! Our guide was a little pushy but not bad. I was annoyed that he didn't tell us that the incentives were only good if we bought right then! I'm glad i called back when we got home (about 3 or 4 days later). He was able to still give us the incentives when we bought. Personally, I think that was all a sales pitch but whatever. We knew we were buying when we called back.

Speaking of DVC, did you see the new thing they came up with where you can buy additional points for a one time use rather than having to borrow?? I can see us utilizing that when family wants to come with us. We don't have enough points in one year to get a 2 bedroom. But if we were to buy the one time additional points and charge whoever comes with us for those points, they will still come out WAAAY cheaper than booking their own room.

Back when I wrote last year's trip report some people were interested in the microfiber towels that I mentioned we took to the parks with us. (I used them a couple of times after my drenchings on Kali River Rapids.) Anyway, I noticed that they're in the Outlet section of a certain website, which shall remain nameless, at least here. PM me if you'd like more info.

Oooh!!! Me, me!!! I'm going over there RIGHT NOW!!!

You know they gave the people who took the tour the week after you the same deal, so yeah, it's a sales pitch. But they've gotta do what they've gotta do.

Yes, but $15/point is a little steep. You can probably find someone who will transfer you points for around $10 here on the DIS's rent/trade boards. But, still, it's good to have options!

Oooh!!! Me, me!!! I'm going over there RIGHT NOW!!!

I PM'd you the link to a certain somebody's website.

Oh! I love Marlene's face in that picture with Bruce :lmao:

And James looks like a little Peter Pan! :thumbsup2 So cute!

But still, that was a really short day in Epcot :sad2:

I love Crush. That is such a cute show. My 2 grandchildren got to ask questions. My grandson was the first and he loves all sea creatures so he asked him how turtles sleep and 1/2 through the show they got to my granddaughter and she asked him when was his birthday.

We didn't even get to Innoventions last time so it is a much this time. I remember years ago when we got in there it was so hard to get them out.

Me too. It reminded me of the "drama" shots from this past year.

That's a good comparison!

That's great that they both got to ask questions. I'm sure they were excited about it. Those were great questions!

I'm sure my wife would rather skip it, but I'm looking forward to spending a little more time there.

I read in a TR yesterday where somebody wrote "for all intensive purposes" instead of "intents and purposes". Yes, it bugged me. No, I didn't correct them. I'm not that nit-picky really...I just knew you wouldn't mind being, what's FauntleroyFan's word...."knowledgified".
a perfect example of the wod glenn:thumbsup2

looking forward to innovations new stuff, they always seem to hvae something new when we go.

We made the most of it.

Yes, I can see that. With the exception of the tempura (LOL) it looks like a well played game :thumbsup2 Very well chosen attractions for your family.

It's just that for me, a good day in Epoct should at least last 72 hours and you should have like three stomachs :rotfl:

Pizza cud is the WORST!!! Good luck on that one!

Somebody once said that you have to use a new word a certain number of times to get it ingrained into your vocabulary. So, I'm one down and a-certain-number-of-times-minus-one to go.

Me too. Jenbear123 said that there's a good one where you build your own roller coaster simulation and then ride it in this simulator-thingee machine. The Sum of All Thrills, I think? That is a "must do"!

I think so too. That was in the pre-Kim Possible days, so World Showcase didn't hold a big attraction for them.

Too funny you guys. :rotfl2:

But I think tempura cud edges-out pizza cud.

Hi Glenn!

Go James! :cool1: Those pictures of him playing the game are too cute! :goodvibes Would have loved to see that.

Yes! Tempura edges out just about everything else! In fact, it's downright gagamatic. And worse yet, it hangs for days!
