Hello friends, lurkers and various other sorts of peeps!!

Welcome to my pre-trippie report. Chalk full of all kinds of good stuff. Well at least what I think is good stuff and really it's all about me anyway! :lmao:

So whom am I? Who are you?

I'm Talley, or per the Disney Questionnaire at the Disney Artist's studio at California Adventure, Mulan. Disney(insert adjective here: nut/crazy/obsessed). I turn 30 at the end of the year and decided that when I grow up I want to be a princess, I might as well get some formal training at WDW. I have the wave down....wrist, wrist, elbow, elbow, pearls. However, nothing beats hands-on training! So off we go to the house of Mouse December 5-15th.

So who is we? What do I have a mouse in my pocket?! :rotfl:

Not quite. We is the other half to me. As Juno says, the mac to my cheese. He is DH, Jason, or as the same Disney Questionnaire found out, Scar. Which is very telling of DH's personality because he purposely answered those questions so that he would be a villain. What a dork! Although he is definitely the mac to my cheese. I'm very saucey and he is very much a noodle, flexible once cooked, but rock hard when you initially meet him. Who would have thought that Mac n' Cheese could be a metaphor for a personality?! ;)

ANYWAYS.....

As I already mentioned we (I really mean me) decided to go to the house of mouse for my *cough* 30th *cough* birthday.

We thought about going during the food & wine festival. By the way, what a fantastic idea! Because I don't already eat my way through Epcot to begin with, add kiosks with cheaper food and booz for my dining pleasure.....Blurg! We did that for our honeymoon in 2004 and I really wanted to do it again this year, but enter in real life and careers. BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! HISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!

Our other choices were to go before X-mas or at the end of Januaryish. We had done the end of Januaryish/beginning of Februaryish and loved it. Low crowd levels are awesome. But me being the sports nut that I am knew that the Super Bowl was in Tampa Bay this year. So that eliminated that choice.

Would we be able to cram a trip in before the end of the year? Well by gosh, I was gonna give it the ole college try!

I can tell you this much, I was definitely not going to go the week of Christmas/New Year's. We made that mistake once and definitely not going to do that again.

WAAAAYYYY too many peeps.

Give me low crowd levels and tween cheerleaders and football players any day.

We have an action packed plan....well really I have an action packed plan that I will be sharing with you and Scar will just be taggin along. So stay tuned!!

Well really I do have things that I should be doing, but I think this is a priority!

So where was I? Oh, I had just told you some prelim stuff.

Hmmm.....

I guess I will digress from current pre-trippie to share some previous actual trips.

*cue flashback music and fog machine*

Well DH and I met on the internet before it was cool. Or before you filled out a series of questions to see if you matched other people's series of questions. We were chat buddies first in high school and then college came around and we connected in person. As I said before he is the macaroni to my cheese. He is the coolest thing ever and we are complete opposites. I am a series planner, we will get into that later in the psych thread....;)

Anyways, we dated for while I was in college. I went to a school in AZ and he lived in LA. So I got to go to DL a ton! Sweet!! Not only did I meet a cool dude, but he had AP's to DL. It was like love at first site. Actually it might have been a pre-qualification for marriage, but that will be our little secret!

Anyways....I spent about 5 years in AZ and LA and then some life happened where my mom died. My DH and I were living together in LA and at the time we were just dating. I woke up on a Sunday morning a little over a year after my mom died and decided it was time for me to go to home to fantabulous NE. Without hesitation my husband came along for the move. Quite a culture shock for him since he's lived all his life in LA. He also happens to be brown compared to my pasty white/clear skin. While living in NE, we decided to get married.

Here was my opportunity to get him to WDW! A honeymoon at WDW!

I had been to WDW in the late 80's....like 88ish. I don't remember much. We were only there a couple of days and I only have a few pictures. One in particular with Goofy dressed in a kilt, his hands on my shoulders and I'm cringing in what looks like to be pure torture. It could also be that I don't like having my picture taken. Trying to get a picture of me, even as a child, is like trying to get a picture of the Yeti There are blurry images and sometimes what looks like to be a picture of me, but it's just someone else who happens to look like me. I digress.....

So I had it all figured out. My Dad was paying for everything, wedding and honeymoon. I am a daddy's girl, through and through. I also am an only child. I digress again....ANYWAYS! I was going to have us go to the house of mouse for like 7 days. I figured what a great opportunity because DH had never been east of the Rockie's until we moved here. SHEESH! I know not everyone has traveled a lot, but it's not like we live in the 1800's. You don't have to take a wagon over the mountains. He hadn't even flown before he met me. I was taking him to all kinds of places! So you would think he would want to go to WDW.

Oh no, that was like blasphemy! :scared1:

How could he go to WDW after being a loyal DL'er most of his life? He wanted to go to a beach and vegetate for a week and he wasn't going to let my dad pay for it either. Insert stubborn Swede female. Which would be me....

I dug my heels in. I don't vegetate well and secondly, I fry like a corn dog at the state fair. I could use all the sunscreen spackling in the world and sit in the shade and I will still turn various shades of red. I did not want to spend a week in a permanent aloe dip. So we did what most couples do....the wife wins. Hehehehe! Well actually we compromised. We would go to an island in El Carib where DH could pretend to be a pirate for 6 days and then we would go to WDW for another 6 days. It was perfect!

We went from October 11-16th at stayed at Pop. DH was in an utter state of shock the entire time and we didn't even get to AK! I did hardly any planning for that trip. We spent most of our time eating our way through Epcot. Seriously, how could you not? We love all kinds of new foods and that definitely was awesome. He fell in love with WDW, in a very "I'm not going to admit that I like it, because that would be admitting that you were right" kind of way. :rotfl: I take what I can get!

So then in 2006, my in-laws decided to take a Disney Cruise with some of my Tia's & Tio's. They were going to stop over at WDW for a couple of days before they took off. We did what any good son & daughter would do. We invited ourselves! We were going to go for a full week and they would meet us about halfway through. We learned a little bit from our first trip to know about ADR's and some minor planning tips. They had the dining plan by then....awesome! So we went and stayed at All Star Movies. Again, we had a blast. Got to explore a bit more and learned some more planning tips for future trips.

It was fun, not as much fun as by ourselves. It's hard when you have 9 people and trying to do stuff. Plus have you ever noticed that as your parents get older they start to behave like children again. Sometimes I felt like we were herding cats.

Oh we were going back, whether the dude liked it or not!

Fast forward to June of 2006 and a very close friend of mine (we grew up like sisters) became engaged and was going to get married by the end of the year. And she wanted to get married in Florida. HA! Enter big pseudo sister to the rescue! I just happen to be a wedding planner! So when she said I am getting married, I want to get married by the end of the year (her husband is military) and I want to get married in Florida. The wheels started turning. I started explaining that it would be possible to do it, but it would save them a lot of mula and heartache if they got married at WDW! So off we were to the house of mouse....again....for the second time in the same year.

This time we were going from Dec 29th through January 5th. Now I knew this was like THE busiest time of the year there. I guess reading it in a book is a bit different then experiencing the mass of humanity that is WDW at Christmas time. :scared1:

I'm surprised my husband didn't try and get a flight back home immediately. He does crowds about as well as I do pictures. But it was going to be my mom's best friend and her husband, DH and I, my pseudo sister (mom's best friend's daughter) a couple other people and that was it. Plus we decided to torture my SIL and buy her a trip to WDW for her birthday and christmas. She was there earlier that year with us and my in-laws.

She thought it was ok, but when you are a die-hard DL'r. It is hard to understand the love for WDW. Everything at DL is so easy to get to. We could literally go after work on a Friday and ride almost all the rides. Hard to do that at WDW. We thought, why not force her to go to WDW with us again. And this time she brought another cousin with her. Perfect, the more the merrier.

I made all the plans....HA! Imagine that a wedding planner, making plans.

I had learned a lot by then. Plus I was right on the 180 day window. I made all kinds of ADR's for all kinds of people, plus ALL of the wedding arrangements. I was in hog heaven!

We had a blast there...even though there were way too many people. I will spare you many of the details, but there was one night in particular that we all laughed so incredibly hard. We had late ressies at LeCellier and we were all excited for it. We went to Epcot in the late afternoon and rode/drank our way through it. We had an 8:55 ressie.

So you know what that means?! We were almost the last ones out of the place. We, meaning pseudo mom (who is actually mom's bf), her husband, SIL, cousin, DH and I, were enjoying our meal chatting with almost all the wait staff and having a great time. Everyone was laughing. We were probably a little buzzed, but more punch drunk than anything. We were lacking in sleep b/c the wedding had been the day before. We left and walked out into an empty Epcot. We all stood there in disbelief. There was literally know one there. Me and SIL, the rebels that we are, said let's walk around the showcase before we leave. No one is there! We were laughing and having ourselves a good ole time. We get to America and then all of the sudden there appears a CM. He very nicely asks us where we are going and then tells us to turn around and head out. We kind of whine a little bit....well we whined a lot and asked if we could just finish walking around and we would leave. We even offered to have him walk with us!

He politely declined and we turned around heads hung and headed out. Although from there that's when the real fun started happening. We started fantasizing about what the CM's really want to say when the run into people like us. How there is a Disney jail for folks like us. Then we were scheming a way to go back and finish the walk. We were ready to sacrifice one of us for the good of the cause. Then all of the sudden, there is this HUGE explosion! :scared1: They were burning out the gas from the flames used during Illuminations. But that got us going again! We figured that's what they did with resort guests who don't obey the rules....like US! We were cracking up the whole way to the bus. And we didn't run into another person. We had to stop at the powder room because we were all laughing so hard!!!!

We finally got to the bus stop and the bus was there in like 10 minutes, we got on and we were still going at it. We had the bus driver crackin up so bad that he actually missed a light that turned from red to green. We were making up all kinds of things that CM's really want to say when they run into certain types of guests. You know the kind that DEMAND, instead of ask politely. Anyways, when we pulled up to Pop, the bus driver who really didn't say anything to us during the ride except laugh at us, opened the doors and just pointed for us to get out. Then he started laughing hysterically. We all started laughing and thanked him for putting up with us and not turning us into Epcot jail where they burn the victims at night! :rotfl:

It could probably go without saying, that we had a great time that trip and are hoping for a similar one this time except it will be just the two of us!

Now that I have rambled on long enough, I will chat with you all later.

Next up: Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads.

I am also going to Disney for my 30th birthday this year!

Great start to your report!

Yeah, I have a thing for movie quotes. What can I say? I enjoy a good movie quote and I also get bored very easily.

So let's see what did we talk about last time. Oh yeah, previous trips and a bunch of people trying to form a coup and take over Epcot. It didn't work so well, but it was fun while it lasted!

This trip, what about this trip!

Well in late May I started to feel the pangs of Disney. They are not like hunger pangs. At all! It's not like you can just stuff your face with cookies and it's all better.

Oh no, it doesn't work like that. That would be too easy.

Instead, I tried to feed the beast by lurking on the message boards for awhile. I stayed away because I knew that would just make it even that much more difficult. But that lasted about as long as a piece of Tonga Toast.....I was done as soon as I got on the boards. I knew I was going to Disney. It was just a matter of convincing the brown dude.

Yeah, I said it the brown dude. I'm sorry if that offends anyone, but technically DH is brown. He got that nickname from one of my nieces. DH is 100% Hispanic. So one day my niece was coloring pictures, she was 5 at the time, and she drew a picture of DH and I. She colored me pink because I have this fantastic pinkish hue on my arms during the summer. And then she looked at DH and looked at the pink. She put the color back. So I, being the devilish Tia (Aunt) that I am, asked what color Tio Jason was. She replied, "Brown" and she picked up the brown color and drew him. Now, he's the brown dude and I'm the pink chick. I like it and it stuck.

Alright, let me drive the crazy train back onto the trip tracks. :lmao:

Yes, I had decided to go to WDW. And because I am the devil (my grandpa used to tell me that I was, which explains the high about of therapy bills that I now have. j/k), I went ahead and booked the trip without telling DH!

Better to ask for forgiveness then permission right? ;) At least that was my theory. It went over like a golf shoe to the face.

Anyways, I only booked the WDW part of it....dumb move. But that's ok, it worked out in the end. I had been looking at flights and thought we could leave Friday the 5th, after work and return on Sunday the 14th. The flight was like $240....nice! So I thought, I'll book the WDW trip because DH wouldn't notice that right out of the checking about, but the flights he would definitely notice. The $200 deposit he would just glance over.

For about a week I worked him over. I chatted about going back to WDW. He countered with the thought we were waiting until 2010 for Harry Potter at another park that shall not be named. We were going to make it a double trip. I was stumped at that point. Then I went into full out obsessive mode. I started telling him about things that are new to the house of mouse. I could slowly seeing his plan erode.

Then I brought out the big guns. He had extra vacation and it was going to be my 30th birthday. :wizard:

It worked. He agreed to go for those dates. Sweet!! I was doing the dance of joy! :woohoo:

I went to go book our flights, because I had already booked the trip. And then my dance of joy came to a screeching halt....

My original flight was now like $300. Blurg!!! :scared1: I knew that would happen. I'm a personal concierge/wedding planner. I know if you don't book for the price then it won't be there when you come back. Oh well, I just extended it a day and the brown dude was ok with it.

So what exactly is the trip then???

We leave Omaha, NE at 5:20 pm on December 5th and get to Orlando at about 10:45. We are staying at the Pop Century the entire time in a preferred room. We will leave on December 15th at about 9:00 am. Not bad at all.

We bought the park hoppers because as an organized freak that I am, my husband is the complete opposite. So I need to allow a little "fly by the seat of our pants" ideas too. Which makes me go.... :scared1:

Oh well, it will be fine. Really. I'll just bring lots of pills.

In the bad habit that I have developed, I have a very detailed itinerary. I used some previous experience and other websites to develop it. I know that I'll probably throw the itinerary out the window once I get there. I did it the last time too, but I'm going to try to stick to it.

For some reason, when I get to WDW, I become so relaxed that I don't need a complete itinerary. Oh, I still use the plans, but I don't use the detailed part of it as much.

My normal self would have a heart attack at this. My life is so planned down to 15 minute increments that the thought of me throwing a plan out the window gives me heart palpitations.

I have issues, I know.

Up next the itineraries: Oh, great. If anyone attacks we can blink em' to death.

*ahem* I know, I have been so lazy with this silly PTR. I promise I have a really good excuse. I won't bore you with the details. Yada, yada, yada.

Instead, let's get down to details folks.

Plans!

I'm talking serious plans, rides, food, shows and all around good times! :cool1:

I'm sure you have already figured out that I tend to "over" plan. I have seriously done that with this trip, but I don't care.

Really, I don't. :rolleyes1

Anyway.....So this little blob, blog, rambling will be about Day .5 and Day 1

Day .5 Friday, December 5th

yes, I have a Day .5 :snooty:

The day we leave we technically are staying on Disney property so that counts as .5 of a day.

The travel plans are so far....

Limo Laura (my cousin  ) will pick me up from our house at about 3:45ish. Then we will tool on to downtown Omaha where brown dude works. We live about 15 minutes from downtown, so the plan is to pick DH up at about 4:00ish and then head on to the airport. The airport is 5 minutes from where we live and about 10 minutes from where DH works.

SWEET!

I figure if we are there and checking in at about 4:15, that is plenty of time for our 5:20 flight. Besides, checking in and going through security at Omaha takes about 2 minutes.

We do a lot of traveling together and we really have a system that works for us.

So we leave Omaha at 5:20 on Delta with a hour layover in Hotlanta. We will arrive in Mickeytown at about 10:45ish. We are taking the magical bus to Pop Century.

Every time we have gone so far it has been so silky smooth. I think the last time we went it took the longest at about 58 minutes.

Yes, I know. I'm a dork. I don't know why I time it, but I do.

Let it go.

*ahem*

I figure we will be checking into Pop Century at about 11:45ish. I use "ish" cause it could be heavy or light on the "ish". I'm going to force us to go to bed right away because Day 1 is packed!

So that leads us to Day 1. An actual day. Not a half day or imitation day, but the real stinkin thing!

DAY 1
Saturday, December 6th

Ok so do you all remember the quote from the title of this blasted thing?

"Oh, great. If anyone attacks we can blink em' to death."

Anyone know what movie it is from??

That's right, Toy Story. That leads is a hint to today's plan.

I'm an early riser. In fact I'm one of those weirdo's who can function on about 4 to 5 hours of sleep and not look like a zombie. My husband thinks that I will end up like Einstein.... crazy with scary hair. You know he did that whole sleep 1 hour a night with (6) 25 minute naps throughout the day. I'm already crazy so how bad can the hair really get?? :scared1:

Anyways....back on track....

My plan is for me to get up at about 6:30, shower and get ready. I'm a low maintenance chick when it comes to physical appearance. I need to be properly dressed, hair dried, swipe of mascara and I'm out the door. DH on the other hand is a high maintenance morning person. He needs a little "wakey, wakey" time. Otherwise he's mean....really mean. Like the Beast mean. :scared1:

I figure if I give him enough shower time every morning, we should be able to avoid any beast sightings.

Hopefully. :confused3

Back to the plan.

I want to be at Studios by 7:45ish.

I'm not calling it MGM or Hollywood.

I enjoy riding the fence and being a-political. I don't like conflict.

Of course, I have 2 plans for the AM at the Studios. Plan 1 and Plan 1.72345897.

Plan 1 is to go immediately over to Toy Story Mania and get in the regular ole line. I heard that the queue line is really cool and I want to see it.

I figure since it's just the dude and I, we should be able to get there before the wait is 2349827 minutes long. As long as it's 35 minutes or less, I'm all good.

Besides, I can out race walk any pop warner football kid any day. It's just the strollers that I can't beat. I think you need a license to drive those things. I know that it's a good thing I don't have kids. I'd be in so many wrecks with those things....shoot.

Ok, so what's Plan 1.72345897?? That's the back up plan if TSM is crazy busy. Then we will FP it and do something else.

I want to leave the Studios by around 1:00ish. So here is my proposed list of things that we can do if we have enough time.

Toy Story Mania, Rock 'n Roller Coaster, Great Movie Ride, Backlot Tour, Indiana Jones, Sounds Dangerous

Since we won't have had breakfast at Pop and because I'm a big baby after riding roller coasters, I figure we'd pop into Starring Rolls Cafe and split a muffin and some juice.

I really enjoy a regular ole breakfast, but in my anxiousness to get to the parks, I will split something with the dude. Besides everything at WDW is made with magic so it's even better than normal.

right?

I know one thing. We will be eating at the Studio Catering Co. for lunch. I have a thing for black beans.

I know a lot of people don't have a thing for WDW food, but guess what. You have to make the best of what you have. I love me some black beans and with enough salt, everything tastes good. ;)

After gorging myself on black beans, I want to go to DTD specifically to go to Goofy's Candy Co. I NEED to get some treats covered in chocolate, peanut butter, sprinkles, etc for the week. Just in case I need to get a sugar high.

Once that is accomplished, we will head back to our room to chillax and take an itty bitty nap or watch Toy Story.

For the evening, we have ressie's at Epcot. So I would like to be there around 5:30ish. We have an ADR at Restaurant Marrakesh at 6:00. I figure that gives us just enough time to be all excited to be at Epcot and then get to Morocco.

We have never been to Restaurant Marrakesh. And because doesn't everyone know what they want 180 bizillion days in advance, I decided that I want the Chicken Kebabs. Or a regular ole Shish Kebab. Any kind of kebab really. And I definitely have to have Bastilla for dessert. YUMMY!!!!

Depending on how long we eat and if Mo'Rockin or the British Invasion are playing, we will check them out. I figure we will keep it low key this evening, catch a couple of bands and just enjoy the night.

Then I want to head over to America at about 8:45, get a funnel cake and warm nuts and set up camp for Illuminations. Illuminations is my most favoritest firework show and I think I only got to see it once the last time we were there. Granted it was the New Year's Eve one, so well worth it. Still once is not enough.

Once the show is over we'll let the masses rush to the buses and we'll hang out for a bit.

You know contemplating our lot in life.

Or finishing our warm nuts and just sit like blobs.

So that's the plan stan. Kebabs, TSM and candy.

Up next: Oh, Zazu, do lighten up. Sing something with a little bounce in it.

Hi there!

Loving your pre-trippie so far. DH and I are arriving on Dec. 7. We, too, are looking forward to fabulous dining opps.

We live in Cali and DL is our first love too but it's nice to visit all the goodies at the World. DH also acts grouchy going in but secretly really loves it.

I look forward to hearing more about your plans! Where art thou planning to dine?

Well I'm back. Again.

I had expected to make this post earlier, but you know....life happens. Frequently.

I'm half sleep deprived and half jolted up on caffeine so this could be an interesting post. :)

So we're onto our Day 2 adventures. I'm going to switch up my posting method a wee bit. We will see how I like it.

Our plan-

Morning: Animal Kindgom
Evening: Magic Kingdom

I'd like to be at AK for rope drop and since it's at 9, I think we can manage that.

I want to ride EE and Kilimanjaro Safari's. I want to see It's Tough to Be a Bug, Festival of the Lion King and walk through the Pagani Trail. This morning is going to be pretty relaxed cause we'll be a wee bit tired from the day before. I would like to catch a couple of the entertainment acts in Africa if we time it right.

A word about EE and me. I have this love/hate relationship with roller coasters. I love the thrill of them and I hate to ride them. I mean, I really HATE to ride them. I am terrified of heights and I get a wee bit of motion sickness. However, pop me open a diet coke after the ride and I'm good to go. :) So I'm going to force myself to ride EE and have said Diet Coke prepared to drink immediately afterwards. I'm going to try and open my eyes through at least one part of the roller coaster. I've ridden it twice and have yet to see any scenery.

I am that paranoid.
I know.
*ahem*

Moving right a long.

I'd like to eat lunch at the Flame Tree BBQ. It's between that at Pizzasafari. We've eaten at Flame Tree and it isn't half bad for being counter service. I'll let the dude pick. Which means we will be going for BBQ. I'm down with that. I do love me a smoked turkey sammie.

We'll be taking a nice little afternoon break before our even plans.

I'm so excited about our evening plans.
I mean really excited!!!! :jumping1:

I bought tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!!!! :woohoo:

DH did not do the :woohoo: dance. He did more of the  dance.

My plan, my party.

If he was so interested in what we did, he should have helped plan. :snooty:

That's my story. And. I'm. Stickin. To. It.

Anyways, I'd like to be back at MK around 6ish.

I definitely want to pick up some treats from the Main Street Bakery for breakfast, so that's the first course of action. If we have time, maybe ride the TTA. It's one of DH's favorite rides. However he still calls it the People Movers. Not sure he will ever change.

We have ressie's at Tony's Town Square. I know a lot of people don't like this place, but DH and I went there on our honeymoon which was our first trip to WDW together. So it's more of a sentimental thing. It wasn't bad. It was actually quite good. Again, it's made with magic. It's all good.

I'm thinkin chicken parm or maybe the spinach and ricotta gnocchi. I love gnocchi. I mean love gnocchi. I may have to try something new and different. We will see. I can tell you this much. I. am. having. the. ice. cream. bomb. period.

I've never been to MVMCP. Ever. Even at DL. Never.

Definitely looking forward to this. I'm going to catch every show, party, cookie, snowflake, parade and cocoa that I can. I will probably drag DH through most of it.

When I told him I wanted to go because they have snow on MainStreet, he laughed at me.

I did this. :headache:

He said it will probably already have snowed where we live so what's the big deal. Uh, HELLO!?!?!?! It's snowing at the MK! Seriously. What more did you need?

So we will be partying it up with the 8092342 other bazillion people there. I'd expect that we will probably close the park down.

I'm cool with that.

Sleep is for the weak. Or really tired. Neither of which I will be, because I'm at WDW!!!

Up Next: And, as I always say, "if it's not Baroque, don't fix it!"

I love that quote.

Seriously. Beauty and the Beast is the best. ever.

Day 3 and it's adventures is action packed. No break for the weary or well at least until the end of the day.

Today's parks: Epcot and Studios

I want to be there for rope drop at Epcot.

Imagine that. Huge surprise. I know. I'm the rope drop queen.

I want to ride Soarin', Test Track, Living with the Land and see Circle of Life and whatever else we have time to squeeze in.

I made a promise to myself. I am going to wander FULLY through Innoventions. Normally I have good intentions. Then I walk in the door and through to the other door without looking at a single thing. So on this day, I'm going to try and tackle Innoventions East. We will see how that goes. Not so sure DH is crazy about that idea either.

I also want to catch the Jammitors. I love those guys! Crack me up. Every time!

As I mentioned the second half of the day will be spent at the Studios. The last time we were there we took the boat between the World and the Studios. That was awesome! You got to see a couple different resorts and the Boardwalk. It was so cool! So that is how we are getting to the Studios on this day.

We will walk over to the world showcase and grab some lunch at America. We have never eaten here and even though it's pretty standard fare, it doesn't hurt to try it! I could totally go for a bacon double cheeseburger. Nothing better than a greasy cheeseburger!

So we'll take the boat over to Studios.

I want to ride Star Tours and see One Man's Dream, Block Party Bash, Beauty & The Beast and of course, Fantasmic! I'm also expecting to have a wee bit of time to wander through the Osborne Lights.

I'd also suspect that we will be getting treats from Dinosaur Gertie's for the Block Party Bash. Heh! I'm all about ice cream.

We do have ressie's at Hollywood & Vine, so there maybe no ice cream getting. Who knows. We have never been to Hollywood & Vine either. Have heard some ok and some not ok reports about this. Only way to find out. Try it ourselves.

As I mentioned no breaks today, but we will probably head back to our resort after the Studios closes or maybe we hitch our way to DTD. Wouldn't mind walking around there either. I'll let DH and our sleep deprived natures determine this one.

Up Next: If you can't imagine yourself being Peter Pan, you won't *be* Peter Pan, so eat up.
