Completely OT, but I was watching that bizarre food guy on Discovery the other night...he was in Brazil, I think. He went to a place where they put a guinea pig on a spit and roasted it over an open fire. Then he ate it.
I couldn't help but think of you ladies.
A guinea pig is neither pork, nor Italian.
