The moment you first feel that Disney Magic?

I done a thread like this before and was going to bring it back but i cant find it. Anyhow...........

So, when is the exact moment you usually get that magical feeling?

Mine is just as we walk through the entrance to Main Street.......when the Main Street music hits me i get a huge smile on my face. Thats when i know im there and the feeling gets me everytime.

I think it will probably be different every time for me - last time (first ever visit to DLP) it was when I saw Goofy bounding towards me in the check-in line at the Santa Fe !!

my last trip was last xmas and we stayed at the sequioa. the magic hit me as soon as we arrived to check in. the hotel is beautiful, the decoration for xmas superb and i was just in awe. was a proper winter wonderland.
as for on a "regular" visit, i think it's probably when u first get thru the disneyland park gates and u walk onto MS USA. the music, the atmosphere...
oh why cant i just live there haha lol

For me it is seeing the top of Space Mountain appear over a hill when coming in on the eurostar

When I've booked I don't stop talking about it, I drive the kids nuts with my "how many days to go is it ?"

Once I'm there I think it's the moment I step off the train, coach, whatever be it at the hotel or the park - just stepping on Disney Soil I suppose.
Last time we arrived late as we will be next time so waking up to Goofy's morning call, that was really good fun

usually when we're in the coach from the airport and go round the hotels dropping people off...but i really appreciate it the first morning with the walk to the park and you can hear the train toot all the way from hotel santa fe!
