Quote Fox News:
NEW YORK - After counting their healthy bodies, the Mets chose to keep 12 pitchers, one more than normal for a postseason roster, while the Dodgers went with only 10.
It made a difference in the Mets' 6-5 victory Tuesday in Game 1 of the Division Series at Shea Stadium.

Game 2 could amount to more of the same: Dodgers rookie left-hander Hong-Chih Kuo has made just five career starts, completing more than six innings only once. Mets lefty Tom Glavine, 40, also is a six-inning pitcher at this stage of his career.
Game 1 demonstrated that the Mets hold the bullpen edge in both quality and quantity.
Better to have one reliever too many than one too few.

GO METS.
