In the case of Baloo and Little john, they did infact use the same templates as that was teh Xerographgy era. Actually, Sleeping Beauty was 1959 so 101 came afterward. I don't know tht she'd a direct copy though. Katherine Beaumont played both Alice and Wendy.

Are we talking about Disney using similar design for women or Disney copying scenes from one movie to the next as it was cheaper?

I think part of the similarities during specific eras is a combination of the type of animation art that was popular at the moment, and the artists who happened to be working at the time. An animator who worked on Snow White or Pinocchio probably wouldn’t have had the same artistic style as the animator who worked on Sleeping Beauty or 101 Dalmatians.
