Ok, I thought I already posted my rebuttal. Sorry for the delay.
First of all, Buzz and I agree that we need to get to the parks ASAP, however, he likes to leave waaaaay too early. I hate to be rushed, but as long as Trey has his meds, we're doing ok. However, we ended up with too much time on our hands before opening and Trey does not do well with that. We pulled into Epcots lot and I looked at Buzz, Ill admit it was not a friendly look, and I mentioned we were nearly 30 mins too early. Not to worry he assured me, wed be fine. Well, now my stomach is in knots and those of you who read our last TR, I do not do well in the stomach department. I am now on meds to help control my issues. I take them as needed and on this trip, I put the whole bottle in my fanny pack, just in case
.I took one as we exited the car
.

Nerves aggravate my condition...Bracing my gut for the worst...
We found ourselves with our stroller heading to the opening with jillions of other people. To kill time, I guess is the reason, the Epcot garbage people are out in front with little custodial games to amuse the kids. My kids do not like this-in fact it angers Trey so I, again, am boring daggers into the side of Buzzs face with the big mole and muttering, Do not make eye contact, as we pass them. One side bit of info here, Loud Girl noticed the mole on the side of Buzzs face. Its one of those kind that are puffy-not flat on the skin-and she asked him if a worm is going to come out of it! Yup, thats his girl all right.

She was sure to say it real loud so everyone around us could hear it!!
Back to the Epcot saga
I, too, was surprised that Test Track wasnt working. NOT. It seems that ride is always broken down.

I waited for Trey to break down next when he realized it, but he held it together extremely well and only said, Test Track is broken about 3 times. We left for Soarin only to find it wasnt broken down, but we entered through the FP line and were seated right away-odd. No Pre-show, which was fine with me, but I do like Patrick.
As I said in my earlier post, I get a little choked up when I see the hot air balloons and this was no exception. Id actually forgotten that that happens to me so I was a little surprised. After a few seconds I was fine and had gotten it out my system for the rest of the day.
We do Nemo, its goofy too, lots of black screens with nothing on them, no big deal. We stroll around and wait for World Showcase to open. We ride the Norway boat. Yawn
And are the first customers of the day to get the brat and beer at Germany. Its a little early in the day for me and Im not a big beer fan. I like the brat, but to be honest, I dont enjoy it as much as I used to. Its hard to eat with plastic utensils, the bread is a little hard for me and the sauerkraut is a little bland, but its the fact that Im in Epcot with my family and the ambiance is great so I scarf it down.
We leisurely stroll to watch the trains at Germany-my kids like those. Guess what-its broken too. Blue River-your kids wouldve loved it one year at the trains, there was a lizard sunning himself on one of the little houses in the train area. It was really cute-he found himself a good spot. Anyway, no lizards this time and no trains so we kept on walking until we got to merry ol England.
Buzz is the King of the Gat, I do have to say and I try my hardest to employ some Gats, but mine usually pale in comparison. He is the Gat Master. We get closer to the take out window at England and Buzz sees theres only one table in the sitting area. He hands me off the stroller and tells me to stake a claim to it. A family of about 10 are just getting their food. Lucky for me, they pause, take a moment to look around and thats when they see the table. Meanwhile, I make a bee line for it and grab it. LA heads off toward the edge of the fence to see the water. Trey is mad for some reason and pouting in the stroller. He refuses to eat anything. Buzz comes back and I tell him proudly how I snagged the table. He seems unimpressed. We eat our food.
Again, I like the fish & chips, but theyre insanely hot and very greasy. Im already a little oily myself from sweating and theres something about eating really greasy foods in very hot weather that unnerves me. But, again, its Epcot and I manage to wolf them anyway. We continue our stroll towards Canada. Now I see why he was unimpressed. There were plenty of open tables on the other side of England. We couldve sat over there if we didnt get that table.
We shag on out of Epcot and head back to the pool to do some swimming!! I gotta get the grease off me.
Stick around for the duck story-it's a pretty good one!!
