What do you guys think of french manicures?
(Hope I don't offend...) I hate them. I think they're so passe', so predictable, so blahhhhhh!
I often will be eyeballing women's hands while we're on a bus at WDW and see nothing but french. French, french, french. It's like an unwritten rule that you go get a french before WDW.
I hate acrylics too. My nails are short, not even to the tips of my fingers....BUT when I got to WDW I get acrylics -SHORT- tip-o-nail short...and they're not allowed to dremmel them, cuz I need them to soak off easy when I get back. I only do it so they don't chip.
This year, I think I'll be using OPI's My Private Jet...fingers and toes.
Long post just to ask about french manicures....lol
I have french. I'm not offended. I do them because they match everything and I don't have to think about it. I save color for my toes. I have paper thin nails that are also very moist. My mom and my Nana have/had great nails, probably like Hedy. But I broke the family trend in that area. Mine are some of the worst I have ever seen. So I get them done every two weeks and I do french 90% of the time. When I do color I have him cut them way shorter and it is usually fall and Christmas time.
