Great Frontierland pictures! I love heading over there early on a slow day & seeing it nearly empty. I don't know that I've ever seen it THAT empty though.

I'm jealous that your UT tickets already arrived! I ordered mine on the 10th & I still haven't received them. After reading that you had gotten yours, I tracked mine & they are in the next town over so hopefully I'll have them tomorrow.

I hope the every night Fantasmic schedule thins out the crowds a bit. If they extend it through November we might actually consider going to see it! We haven't seen it since 2006. Although I'll miss those quiet non-Fantasmic evenings at DHS.

I've been slacking, but the last week of school and first week of summer vacay have been a bit crazy with appointments and functions and golf camp and blah blah blah... I've barely been able to sit at the computer to get any design work done let alone anything else. Crazy!!!

Itinerary Tweaks:
I've made a few adjustments on the Itinerary as well in light of Fantasmic being shown nightly now, which I'm not really thrilled with, I was fine with not seeing it, but now feel like we should try given the more plentiful opportunities.

So Saturday has been tweaked
DHS early (Sci FI lunch)
MK evening for MSEP, then Memories then Wishes. (we'll do it all in one night since the kids seem to be able to handle a later night once inawhile.)

DHS evening for Fantasmic (if we change our mind we'll just go to MK for Wishes)

I was just reading in our July thread about Vera Bradley, magnets, and park tickets that didn't work. Just a heads up in case yours has magnets too. Park bags, such a hard decision!

What VB bags did you get? I had a hard time choosing which one but ended up going with the "Rachel" (in the Watercolor print) and I love it! I think it will be just the right size for me.

Love your pic of BTMR... the mountain looks so crisp (if that makes sense!) It's one of my favorite rides, too! Can't wait to ride it again!

Thanks for the magnet tip. I keep my KTTW cards and FP in a lanyard thing around my neck to keep it handy so no worries there. I will probably end up carrying nothing, camera around neck and be done with it. Lol

WOW, it's been awhile. Back from 2 weeks away and most of it was a DH's family's lake cabin without internet access. It's so hard for me to not have internet access. Even the kids could not understand why mommy couldn't just look on her phone to tell them what to feed the fish and frog they caught. "You always just look on the phone and tell us when we need to know something Mommy!!!" Umm, yeah, but my phone doesn't work here!!!! Popped up to Montreal for a few days as well to visit my family. We're home for a week now and then another week at the lake.

Got some things crossed off the TO DO List this morning...39 DAYS till WDW!!!! Ordered the Redemption Card and Photopass Pre-Order.

Tested out the underwater camera and video functions on the Kodak. It went against everything in me to dunk the camera into the water, but I managed to get over it and it worked!

The Vera Bradley's I got for my birthday came while I was away, I got the Lizzy in Versailles which is a nice small size, but seems to fit the zoom lens in it if I need to tuck it away. I went with whatever options were available on sale.

And the All In One Wristlet in Java Blue. I hate carrying a purse.

Also nabbed a esleeve for my Kindle which came in handy going to the pool yesterday when the waterbottle leaked in the bag. My Kindle was safe.

I've recently been introduced to the world of Vera Bradley. DBF's mom bought me a sleeve to hold my hair straightener while I travel so I can pack it away before it cools... that thing is addicting!
Ever since, I've been slowly acquiring acessories... from coin purses to jewlery boxes, I've been having way too much fun!
Let me know how the wristlet works... I've been eyeing them but Matt thinks me owning a wristlet will just turn into him holding it because I'll get sick of carrying it

I took it grocery shopping yesterday and I actually attached it to my belt loops on my shorts. Didn't have to carry it. Worked great. LOL

I carry my tickets and FP's in a lanyard pouch around my neck. Keeps em handier (is that a word?). This Lizzy style has no snaps though, has a zipper.

Another week away, this time DH had the week off as well so we were back up at his family's place at the lake for the week. Weather was so so, not the best, not as good as the almost 2 weeks I spent up there with the kids earlier in the month, but good enough. I read a LOT. Which was nice. We're home this week, away for the weekend and then I might plan one more lake/Canada getaway for a few days to get up and see my family again. After that, it will be all Disney immersion.

I've tested the waterproof camera out a lot in the pool and the lake and it works great! I'm very pleased.

Trying to decide if I should reserve TREX for dinner one night, I'm thinking by the looks of it last year, we can just walk up if we decide to go there, but maybe I should book it. I know I have to call directly to do it, nothing is ever available online.

I did book our car transfers and got confirmations on those, we are using Happy Limo again, we used them last year and it was smooth and like clock work. Just perfect.

While we were away DH started worrying about all being in one room for 6 nights, he asked me to check how much it would be to move to BLT in a 1 bedroom, but I checked online and nothing is available, only studios. Still would be way too much, if they kept my 40% off pin code it would be $700 more if it was available. I think it's too much. He seems to forget we were trying to do this trip for significantly less than last year and I was doing a decent job of sticking to the "sort of budget" before he started meddling. Not that I would say no, if it was available and I could get at the pin code rate. But I'm thinking that isn't gonna happen.

If you request a certain block of rooms, you pay for the garden view but can see the Magic Kingdom!

I will be jumping for joy if I can upgrade, but so far only studios are available. I can't find a 1 bedroom villa anywhere except Boardwalk Villas. I haven't told DH yet. I don't know, I'd love to stay on the Boardwalk if we can get on the pin code rate, but I was really set on being right next to MK for this trip. Getting to MK is harder from the Boardwalk Hotel, I hear bad things about the buses and although we don't mind walking, it might be a bit much to trek all the way through Epcot all the time. If it's even open,would we even have that option if we Epcot closed before MK? Probably not. Ugh.

Would any of you choose the Boardwalk Villas over CR?
