10/27 (which we're on) is not coming up as bookable this morning. Hoping that means they are getting ready to assign XGT rooms.

Did 10/20 or 10/25 ever get rooms assigned for XGT yet? They went unavailable last week.

This better be just a rumor.

I agree. People with paid cruises should be the first to know about a cancellation.

Startedwithamouse is either a CM or has a CM on the ship, so that's how they may know first. It is what it is. I hope they offer me something good! We are packed - FEs and all. If it's cancelled, I need to r/s hotel and hope to get on 10/27!

I also noticed the first cruises weren't showing online when I checked at lunch and assumed it was their website acting up.

Sorry all.

The compensation sounds good though - waiting to see it in print now!

I'm surprised that they would wait so long to cancel, since people might already be traveling. As a Project Manager, I would expect to have a better feel for a project's due date than three days before.

Wow, so sorry for all whose cruise was canceled. I can't imagine how those who may already be traveling and don't know this yet are going to feel when they find out. It's got to be disappointing enough to find this out before you leave home but after the fact is unimaginable.

Is 10/27 sold out? I know it just disappeared this morning, but when I was checking last night, there seemed to be a lot of rooms available. Doesn't show any indication of unassigned rooms, so maybe all the XGT filled the ship.

It wouldn't surprise if DCL decided to suspend bookings on that date just in case more time is needed.
