Well apparently ZZUB has Mel, Buzzton has you and now you have Lil' Grumpy. Yeah, it's all one big convoluted stalker fest goin on over here.

All of a sudden my good Easter has gone bad. We just got a phone call that my uncle was taken to the hospital. We just saw him 3 hours ago. He drove my grandma in for dinner. They live 3 hours away. We don't know what happened to him, just that he passed out. It doesn't sound like they made it all the way home either. My dad just got the phone call and took off with my mom. My sister thinks we should call the rest of the family, but I don't know. We are not close with the other relatives, and I don't know anything except that my uncle is in the hospital. What do I do, call everyone and say "Bob is in the hospital. I don't know why or anything else." Or would you assume that as grandma called us she has called her other children too? I'm kind of freaking out, I am here all alone and don't know what to do.

Maxiesmom, prayers that your uncle will be okay.

Lil' Grumpy we will be there and wearing my shirt proudly. Keep your eye out! If you are still in the area on the 2nd you really need to meet up with the group of us. We would be sad to think you were in WDW and didn't come by to sah hi.

Oh dear, so sorry. Not knowing is so hard, the waiting seems to go on forever. Just sit tight, I am sure someone is on top of calling and it makes it harder if too many people get on the phone all calling each other. I hope you get news soon and that it is good news, just a scare.

Where did I stay last time I was at the Poly or last time at WDW?

I'm not positive, but I think you're aware that our last time at WDW was at the Coronado

Last time at the Poly was before the Dis was even a twinkle in it's daddy's eye! I didn't know anything about anything! We didn't make any requests - didn't know we could. We ended up in Raratongo with a great view - of the parking lot But actually, it wasn't bad at all, just a short walk to the GCH to the monorail for MK and a short walk to TTC for EC. What I miss the most when we visited in Dec was the parrots that used to be in the lobby and the big goldfish in the pond outside the entrance. But they did such a fantastic job on the remodel - it's so colorful and beautiful now.

I just got off the phone with my dad. Seems the hospital thinks my uncle lost blood flow to his brain for a split second, and that caused him to pass out. When he was driving grandma home he started to have trouble breathing, and pulled over to the side of the road. He then passed out. My 84 yr old grandma then tried to get someone to stop and help her, and no one would stop! Luckily someone who lived nearby saw her and could tell she needed help. They checked on her and called the ambulance. The doctors are releasing him tonight so my parents are driving back to where the car was left and driving it to my uncles house. This is all about 2 hours away from here. So now at least I know everything is ok and I can try to catch some zzzs before going to work for 6am.

Thank you all for your prayers! I am so glad my uncle made it to the side of the road before anything worse happened. God is truly watching over us!

Oh..to who ever asked about the August trip...it is for next year for our anniversary. And as far as I know, it is now official.All parties involved have agreed, so here we come

p.s. I love the Poly too, never stayed there, can't afford too. But I would live to stay there one day.

They did have internet access available in the Poly rooms last August. I didn't use it but it was there.
