PollywollydoodleallthedayMelonMom -- that's a nice shot of your family. It's funny, two of your daughters look like little versions of you, and one looks like a little version of your husband. My two kids are the spitting image of their mother -- neither one looks like me at all. For which, I guess, they can both be very thankful.

Ok, I need a life. This has taken me 2 hours. But am I ever proud. Before you all get crazy and think this is me, it's not. This is my beautiful mom, taken in August at LTT.

I still have to get my own pics off my laptop.

HaleyB- we are in love with the Hope credit. We pay every year. Last year we had 1 in college and got back about $600. We thought we hit the mother lode. This year we have 3 and, let's just say we hit the lottery! I knew having 3 kids would come in handy eventually.

This picture posting thing. If we are going to post pics, Lucy here, has a lot of splaining to do. It looks like I am the only person posting today, so we will save that story for tommorrow. But someone has to tell me how to get my own pics on here, cause I don't type to fast and I live in a high rise and my elevator only goes to the 3rd floor.

I will post if you will, horsegirl. I think we are one of the few that still have hidden identities.

BTW, lets start the unvieling with this little tidbit. I have a real name and it is Cheryl.

Let me tell you Grammy, I am total dorksville and computer illiterate. That's why it took me ALL day....

If you have a picture on your computer..you can go to the Disboard Home page and look for community photos... It will allow you to Upload a picture into their gallery. It'll ask you to log in and you use your disboard username and your password... Once you have uploaded that picture , you right click on your pic.. go down to where the Properties are and it should say http://www.disboard blah blah blah..... Highlight that and when you either go to post your pic in a regular message or add it to your signature. You put

.... You are enclosing that link in the img "bookends" so that it will post the actual picture and not the link to your picture. No spaces.

Give it a go and we'll see how it works.

It was my thought, exactly, too. But then I saw that said poster also posted on THIS board. I am just curious as to why, after only 67 posts, this person decides to stir the poop with one of our own.

In my opinion, as humble as it is, this is NOT a good way to begin a reputation at the DISboards.

SheriDac, I had the same reaction as Horsegirl! Couldn't tell who was who until I compared the pix from when your kids were much younger. I love your haircut!

Excellent... we have three too. I hope it is still around when my 8 year old goes to college.

All three in college at one time, wow. Our younger two will overlap. I sure hope those credits stick around long enough for that (they are 8 and 11, but only 2 grades apart)

I have been trying for ONE HOUR to get the Perfect family photo and finally got it. Now I see why people don't post pics here. What a pain in the butt. DH Is even frustrated. We'll try again tomorrow, I guess. Geez.
