I have lost 40 pounds on WW specifically.

Wow, that is awesome !
DH has lost over 50 lbs. He said it's been one of the hardest things He Has Ever Done. He used to run everyday at a park near our house but once the weather got too cold, he hopped on the eliptical...Just a few weeks ago, when the weather was a bit warm, he went to the park to run....He was hurting for several days after that... w/ the elliptical there is no impact, so it's much better for your knees...but you're a wee bit younger yet, so you shouldn't have a problem.

I think it's a constant struggle....but once you've done it and have lost all that weight, the way you look and feel is an incentive to maintain it.

Let me tell you Grammy, I am total dorksville and computer illiterate. That's why it took me ALL day....

If you have a picture on your computer..you can go to the Disboard Home page and look for community photos... It will allow you to Upload a picture into their gallery. It'll ask you to log in and you use your disboard username and your password... Once you have uploaded that picture , you right click on your pic.. go down to where the Properties are and it should say http://www.disboard blah blah blah..... Highlight that and when you either go to post your pic in a regular message or add it to your signature. You put

.... You are enclosing that link in the img "bookends" so that it will post the actual picture and not the link to your picture. No spaces.


Give it a go and we'll see how it works.

We got to the end even entered the cc info and then got a wierd confirm # and was told to check back later. The phones are not taking calls except for those flying in the next 48 hrs due to weather problems. The fare frenzy is over tomorrow!!! I want this over with

Guess what I did today...

I finished my Taxes! Yipee. We are getting a big refund this year, well big for someone that aims at zero. That Hope education credit thing is cool. I honestly thought we wouldn't qualify so we didn't factor it into our with holding.

So how the heck do I resize a photo? Please don't say photobucket... that site hates me or something. I can not log in and it will not let me set up another account.
