Newsflash for my Polysista

I went upstairs to buy my lunch. I saw a t-shirt in the window of a store. It said:

true to myself

I say that tee suits us to a tee. I'm going to buy 2.

Really it has to do with bra's...nothing too personal or gross. I just needed opinions..but I think it may be too racy for us here LOL

This is me after being on this thread all day!

Polymelmom, I see that you have decided to keep your hubby. We may have to fight over him, but, I have a feeling that you may win. Oh well, thanks for loaning him out.

Is a FASTPASS?!!?!!

We don't do that much anymore, do we? Have we outgrown our roots, gotten too big for our britches, matured into those nasty puberty years?

Anywho -
BIG SHOUT OUT to MARITA and EM'S MOM!

See, neither of you even had to whine this time.

wooty hoo! I got a shout out, I got a shout out!

Hey thanks GaCat. Are you still working on the greatest hits of the maelstrom? Are there any updates to it?

:cool1:   :cheer2:

I think Ethan is finally making progress with the potty! I only have a couple diapers left and can't get to the store until tomorrow, yet I have a whole pack of pull ups. So this morning I put one on him and had the whole not peeing or pooping in your big boy pants conversation. So right after breakfast I sat him on his potty, he sat there for a while, then he wanted to sit on the big potty, then back on his. I finally got tired of sitting there and having the same conversation we always have.
Ethan "What's do snakes eat?"
Me "Little boys who talk to much"
Ethan "what to alligators eat?"
Me "little boys who ask too many questions"

and over and over and over. So I left, a few minutes later he comes running through the house, "i went pee, I went pee" And he did!!!!!! :cheer2: He's been telling me he has to go all day, except once, he peed in his pull up. Then the most magical moment ever...I was sitting at the computer, and he comes running into the den,"I went poop!" I ran to the bathroom and he HAD. He went in the on his own, and pooped! Yay! I hope he keeps it up! I so want him to be out of diapers before our Sept. trip!

LLK, Your story was amazing. I love the pixie dust that you got Maelstrom gratification after enduring two disasters.

Congrats MP! Don't you love those magical, light-bulb-went-off type of days?

(How old is Ethan? Just curious. There is a boy in my son's class who is fully day trained at 23 months. I'm just a wee bit jealous. My son goes sometimes, but not of his own accord, and is nowhere close to trained. Not trying to start a debate, all kids at their own rate and all that. But that Mom doesn't have to buy diapers anymore. I don't want to buy diapers anymore either. My girl trained at @ 2 1/2 btw, but I have always heard that boys are harder. And my husband is living proof of that.)

He turned 3 on April 2. My other 2 boys were fully train(even dry at night) about 6-8 weeks before they turned 3. One day I game them pull ups, and they peed on their own, then about 6-8 weeks before they turned 3 they pooped in the potty and that was it. Done! I guess they can't all be that easy. :teeth:

Hey now. I gave you the love today. Do you want me to take it back?

I thought you would have taken that as a compliment.

Like PP always tells me, "Shut up and sit down before you hurt yourself". I should always listen to PP.

I deserve it. Go ahead.
