Do we need another reminder that sexual innuendo isn't appropriate here?

Everything you post on these boards is being posted PUBLICLY, and needs to be family friendly.

I WASN'T EVEN ON THIS AFTERNOON!!!!

MY GREEN LIGHT HAS BEEN OFF FOR 2 HOURS I SWEAR IT

I just checked my grade for my horrible yucky test that I didn't study very much for (too much DISin'), and that I thought I did badly on, not expecting the grades to be up yet....and I got an 80!!! Which gives me an A for the semester!!!! Yippeee!!!!!

P-Pooh: Sadly, I did know about the festival. I'm trying to convince my wife we should go there for vacation. Silly woman is stuck on Disney World.

Lala: Thanks. I saw your post and I appreciate that you think I'm that funny. I think you've got a sharp sense of humor and I enjoy trading barbs with you and the others. During all the commotion earlier, however, I wasn't sure whether those barbs were being misconstrued. Evidently they're not, so I'll go back to worrying about whether I made a mistake not opting for the free dining for our next trip. We got a great deal on the room that far outweighed free food, but still. Who wants to pass up free pie and chips?

Can I ask an actual Disney related question? My daughter is in love with Peter Pan (perhaps b/c her father never grew up?) and desperately wants to see him next trip. Are there any character meet and greets where he appears? In the past she's mainly been interested in the princesses and they're pretty easy to find. But Pan is like WMD. Do I need to consult Hans Blix or do any of you know where he hangs out?

Oddly enough, now I'm in the mood for a ham sandwich. Go figure. :3dglasses

Zzub: We have seen Pan and Wendy outside POC. We have also seen Pan being chased by Hook around there...hope this helps...

This is the very bestest kind of father to be.

:moped: :moped: :moped: 'cause you deserve 3

The story of my life. It appears I missed some good scoop, but what else is new!

Thanks to the wise leaders for their voices of reason. This is a fun thread to pop in on for good entertainment. Hate to see it become anything less than that.

ZZUB, I'm pretty sure we have seen PP and Wendy in Adventureland near Aladdin's Magic Carpets. Maybe you can get the Whirlwind Trippers to make some calls. Seems like they are in good with the characters. :thumbsup2

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Maelstrom.

Hey ZZub - I have one for you but it's a spoiler for some folks who may not have experienced it. So I'll post it quietly since you don't have PM capability

The Magic Kingdom Family Magic Tour ends with Peter Pan characters. Sometimes Peter is a part of that. We just had Wendy. But the whole tour is really really cool. We did it with Wesley in January and he LOVED it. Takes about 2 1/2 hours as I remember, but it was well worth it. You might take a chance on meeting Peter that way - and it makes for some very cool alone time with the characters!.

Ask me if you have any questions!

Blessings!

Mark and rhonda seem to have the INS on the characters Z ZUB

maybe they can help.

you are going without the free food????

I'll share mine!!

Aside from sitting in the blinkin' SECOND row (oi, I've got such a crick in the neck!) the movie was fine. It was good. But it left out a LOT of details from the book. I didn't picture Tom Hanks as Langdon at all, but of course he's Tom Hanks and he was good. I forgot he was Forrest Gump, the Apollo 13 astronaut and Kip from Bosum Buddies.

That was the first movie I've been to with DH since the first Harry Potter movie came out. Will we never stop going to movies about great books where the movie leaves a lot to be desired?

Netflix. No fuss, no muss, no crick in the neck.

hi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :wave2: :p :p :wave2: :wave2:

Sheridac: Thanks. You are very sweet.

Lou: Man you are fast on the draw! Thanks for the website. I've gone to it and bookmarked it for later. Sadly, it confirmed my fear that Pan is hit and miss.

Mark: Thanks for the tip but it seems like even that won't guarantee a Pan meet and greet. If we went through the whole tour and got Wendy at the end, I would just LOSE IT! We're talking going to refrigerator and finding out we're out of Yoo Hoo type rage.

It occurs to me that if we check with a helpful CM they can call a number and locate the characters. Have any of you ever tried this? If not, we may have to park ourselves in front of POC and wait for Pan to make an appearance. Seriously, I'd pay just about anything if it guaranteed a Pan meet-n-greet. I don't know why Disney doesn't do this. We can't be the only family who want to make sure their child gets to see the one character she's dying to see.

Momofmnm: I'm offended that I've never offended you. You're back on ignore.

2infinity: Congrats on the exam grade and the A. Since I'm also on ignore, I have no idea what I'm posting.

Zzub,

We did the same tour last October and got time with both Wendy and Peter. DS4 was dressed up as Peter (including green spiked hair b/c my big headed child would not wear the hat that came with the costume) and got to hold hands with the 'real' Peter as we went to Philharmagic.

It was a really good time. I can't find the pics right now. If I run across them I will post.

BTW, not all tours end with going to Philharmagic

Momofmnm: I just saw that you're willing to share your free food with us. You're off ignore for the moment. So watch yourself. :3dglasses
