I am out people. This was the longest Monday, ever. Next on my agenda is Victoria's Secret, workout and grocery store. My exciting life- be still my heart.

Talk later!

Hoop - Hey buddy - Congrats on the new job. All cute in your tie. About time you got a promotion cause I don't think that dang house of yours is freakin big enough. Need a couple of pillars out front and an electric fence. Need to guard the spice shop. :lmao:

:wave2: new peeps.

Welcome back to all you lucky stiffs that were in WDW this weekend. The search for Mel is on, I see. She is probably wearing dark glasses and a big hat. Melie O does Disney.

Hey Tink. I am with you on the jacuzzi tub. I  mine.

Chris - I only use my Grammy mug now. It is so special cause Java made it for me. I might even try to fill it in Oct. and Dec and Jan, at different resorts. Just a thought. :stir:

Melon -GET OUT OF THE DONUTS.

LALA - just cause. like to say it LALA - maybe say it again LALA

Horseygemnordicmellookinglike3600buckmakinggirl - Geez, hope you are having fun. Enjoying the report, but we miss you.

GA - I want to see you gussied up.

I have more to say but my I am feeling tongue tied. Till later

Coming to you LIVE from Saratoga Springs! Just arrived yesterday and boy is it HOT! 94 yesterday! Today should be cooler, we hope. Looked for Mel in Norway yesterday but didn't see her. Heading to MGM today...the hunt continues!
We'll be coming into the BWV 5/11-5/14...is there any official Maelstrom meet during that time period?

Say hi to Mickey for me!

you know I have to give it up for Mel HappyHaunts and FrankenPooh. Man Alan Rickman is SOOOO HOT especially as the Voice Of God in Dogma!!!!

Leaving the office.....way past when I should have. I was just too busy catching up and actually WORKING to get much DISing done today.

BUT, my wonderful, loving, thoughtful, generous DH  just called me a couple of hours ago to say that he wants me to look into buying a second computer for the house. #1 is STILL waiting for a part, and I'm reeeeaaaallllllly getting tired of only having a computer in work (after all, how much time can I really spend doing homework for my kids and DISing when these people around here expect me to earn my salary??!?!?) Soooo, we get a Dell discount at work. We don't need anything fancy. Don't think we want a laptop just yet....unless you guys have any thoughts on the subject? JW, any advice for me? We will be doing the wireless connection thing, too, so I'll have to go back and look at your posts about 20 pages ago....

Oh, and 2IAB, remember where I told you DH and I grew up!?! I would never judge you, even if you live in a sin-filled town ;)

Have a good night everybody!!

But I think Alan Rickman is a little creepy-dee.

(Did love him in Dogma though. Just didn't love him....)

Ash...I knew you wouldn't hold my 'sin'ful city bother ya...although you should see some of the looks I get when people find out...but whatever...

So sorry...I tried to look back and see where you grew up...

...but

Not that I am aware of...Mel will still be here, but we will be leaving on the 12th. Still haven't run into her, and it's a good thing too. This weather is killing my complexion...HUGE zit on the chin...:guilty:

We 'met' Sorceror Mickey at MGM today, and man was he in rare form. Flirting like crazy with all the teenage girls...of course they ate it up. Funny thing though, I think Mickey was actually Minnie...let's just say that he gave Polymelon a run for her 'melons'! ;)

Gotta run...dinner at Narcoosee's!

You are gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love your hair, the dress, the color of your lipstick. You look so different from the picture you used to have up with your kids.

You gussy up nice GCat !!!

My Mom actually emailed me this joke today. She's a naughty minx.

A woman decides to have a facelift for her 50th birthday. She spends
$15,000 and feels pretty good about the results. On her way
home, she stops at a newsstand to buy a newspaper. Before leaving, she
says to the clerk, "I hope you don't mind my asking, but how old do you think I am?"

"About 32," he replies.

"Nope! I'm exactly 50," the woman says happily.

A little while later she goes into McDonald's and
asks the counter girl the very same question.

The girl replies, "I'd guess about 29."

The woman replies with a big smile, "Nope, I'm 50."

Now she's feeling really good about herself. She
stops in a drug store on her way down the street. She goes up to the counter
to get some mints and asks the clerk this burning question.

The clerk responds, "Oh, I'd say 30."

Again she proudly responds, "I'm 50, but thank you!"

While waiting for the bus to go home, she asks an
old man waiting next to her the same question.
He replies, "Lady, I'm 78 and my eyesight is going.
Although, when I was young, there was a sure-fire way to tell how old a
woman was. It sounds very forward, but it requires you to let me put my hands under your bra.
Then, and only then can I tell you EXACTLY how old you are."

They wait in silence on the empty street until her curiosity gets the best
of her. She finally blurts out, "What the hell, go ahead."

He begins to feel around very slowly and carefully. He bounces and weighs each breast. He pushes her breasts together and rubs them against each other.

After a couple of minutes of this, she says,
"Okay,okay...How old am I?"

He completes one last squeeze of her breasts,
removes his hands, and says, "Madam, you are 50."

Stunned and amazed, the woman says, "That was
incredible, how could you tell?"

The old man says, "Promise you won't get mad?"

"I promise I won't." she says.

"I was behind you in line at McDonald's."

AMY!!

What are you talking about?? You don't need any advice from me girl. You are a babe!

Okay now that I got past GCat's post ( :hyper: ) I have a couple of questions for Horseypintoponygirl.

When you were talking about NY and you mentioned the Big A did you mean Aqueduct? I haven't heard it called that in ages but then I thought about the whole horse connection and thought that might be what you meant. Also where on Long Island were you? My wife is from LI and we lived there for about 10 years when we first got married. Her family is still there as well as a lot of friends.

Hay Lou, how is your SIL? I have been to Aqueduct, my grandfather took me to nearly every racetrack on the east coast, and then some, but I was just referring to NYC on this trip...Bluepoint and Sayville, southshore... we spend time over at fire island in the summers some times....where's your DW from, and does she have that chainsaw still?

Nice frogs Lou, and yeah baby, I am an AP international man of mystery fan. SO he and gcat make quite the post together!

hay, welcome back! And hay, I think JW is a sweetie and I don't care who knows it!

She's from (and we lived in) New Hyde Park (right by Belmont! ;) ). Her brother lives in Sayville. His DD used to ride. She was on the Scranton Equestrian Team. Her sister is further out than that. She seems to be doing okay. No visitors or calls yet but the word we're getting is everything is progressing nicely. Doesn't appear to be any damage. Thanks for asking.
