hoop!!! my diet was soooooooooo bad the last few days....

and adding those 10 sex on the beaches totally tipped the scales in favor of the FATNESS...so back to dieting today and I had a chocolate donut AGAIN today!!!

bad bad mama...someone spank me!!! or tape my mouth shut for a week...I think I am on a downward spiral AND summer will be here soon!!! aaahhh!!!!

so I am going to firm and stop stromming for awhile today...

Have no fear. All is good. Here's the deal. It's not like you've fallen and you can't get up. You've come such a long way. But a day is just a day. You've had two bad days and now you'll have some good ones.
