Hey Frinkles........

What's up?

What's happening?

What's the deal?

Where did you go tonight?

Any stories that don't involve the 3Ps???

What? What? Everybody say: Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy......

ahh it's a country song and it has me mesmerized!

I think it's time for me to go off to bed now, nothing good on tv and everyone is already in a deep sleep here...

Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy..........country song.

No wonder. Sorry country is my least favourite music. I really don't know any songs except, "Thank God I'm a Country Boy" ;)

Does that count??

...he,he,he ..i thought i'll just sneak in. good morning! and the next
round of ipecca is on me!

wait a minute...how does all my compliments to the zzub "man"
gets turned around? for instance, i've never refer any manure
[pile or not] to him...? mel-girl,what have you been up too?

it is better that your body is functioning than not. enough! the
first sign of life is movement..not necessarily one or two.

wow, you guys are not only running around in circles but
likin it! because of that no one can tell who's stalking who?

[actually, stalkin isn't a funny subject to me due to a very
bad experience]

my favorite icon so far has to be the roller skate thingy....
the worst has to be grassskirts on smilies..not right!
what yours?

yes trying to redirect the n/v back to normacy...ok.

jeez...sorta disappointed no one asked bout my melons
story. well because it is true, it will keep.

have anyone noticed how many people on these baords have
a grumpy reference? dwats! just like me to pick something
common! i feel so plain.

since you're running in circles..and if i stay in one "spot"..means
i 'll be the leader ...of a rock & roll band?

no codes!!@#$=%&*8 ball....really none!!! psst, just having
some fun!

if you knew how boring i am ,,i would be kick off this advebture club.
at disney, i mostly blend in so i probably will see you guys first
especially those holding? riped melons. yep, i'm into eating healthy.

ok guys,,so sorry for the terrible writing but i am very rushed esp.
since mel [ons] -girl hoodwinked me into a trip writing.dwats, with
sour kraut/..it is alot harder than i ever imagined..then she deserted
me..when they started throwing things...[i thought was tomatoes but
after reading some of her stuff, i'm not so sure]. what a doll! ..i kind
like to meet her mother psst..don't tell her that!

mr.zzub..i really do respect you, really! i think you could teach these
golden "goodies" girls some insights...and that elim date epsiode would
set all kind of "records". they'll be crawling all over you! esp.fillling
out the old hammer pants...me? one look at my zoo suit and out the
doors they'll go...laughing all the way...

ok, guys..a long time ago my mother double dated a fella named
leonard sly.....and you know him as whom?

p.s. my rx before posting? take a fleets or some take 2.and to all
a good night! :hippie: ok, what is the fasspast in your pocket?

Morning GA! did you make a matching princess dress for you? admit it, you did......have a blast

Being the semi-academic I am, I looked up maelstrom this am. It is as follows.

maelstrom" (male'-strum) n. A large, powerful whirlpool, often resulting in unusual reconfigurations of objects in its vicinity.

How appropriate is this folks? I think this describes our 'movement' beautifully on so many levels.

Hope you all have a great day. This girl has a trailride with her adult friends today. No kids. Just horsegirls and the loves of their lives- of the 4 legged variety.

JW50- the bra list was meant for sher-Sorry! in my exhaustion I failed to separate and identify the different thoughts. Lest you think me untoward, seeing as I know you not. Now stop lurking and join us more often! We chatty girls enjoy the presence of you boys, am I right ladies?

Lil grumps- DO NOT CHANGE YOUR WRITING STYLE! You are here for you, right. It is what sets you apart and makes you unique. You should not apologize. I also never read that you likened Zzub to poop. Stay true to yourself. Many of us here appreciate you and you give me, for one lots of laughs. We tease each other in various ways, please take it in stride. I don't detect meanspriitedness. If I did I would not join in, okay? Now go back to writing your normal way. This last post was way too normal. ;)

WHY ARE WE ON PG 2 AGAIN??

good morning everyone

I am back...with a headache. But feelin' fine. I had a friend join me last night and we went dancin' at the country bar...well it turns into dance-gyrating hip music at 12am. It was fun. And I have a headache.

And I gained two pounds over night due to the wine and pizza binge...

I think it has been two years since I ate more than 1 slice of pizza...but last night I lost count at three...so yeah...

treadmill today.
and coffee.

AFTER I get back from buying Tim n Faith tickets!!

everyone wish me luck!!! We are goiing July 15!!

It is a great day here (I think) and it is sunny....

I have lots of shopping, laundry (for real) and exercising to do...

Popping in to say...

MAELSTROM....

Morning Maelstromers!!!
Hi Yak :wave2: ....I am sooo sorry I bailed and went to bed before I got your reply!!!! My bad on not saying I had left.
I just went to our local downtown bar and met a lot of my girlfriends...sweet dh stayed home with the kiddies. Nothing big happened...but I sure wasn't sleepy when I got home. Oh...there was some drama though. This big-wig who moved here from Atlanta...well his company got dropped from being the main marketing company for Chick-Fil-A (he did the whole cow thing) because he and his wife like to... ahem...swing with other couples and video it so they can post it on a web-site!!! Nasty huh? That didn't fly to well with the owner of Chick-Fil-A because as many of us know, he is a very family oriented and a strong christian man (he is in Rome a lot). Anyhow...this dude was there tonight with his wife (they are usually there looking for others to hook up with....gross) and they got into a big fight with another girl who made a comment about their sexual behavior... oh the drama....oh what rednecks. :woohoo:

Cause I'm lame and want to talk about more 80's stuff - remember how we used to roll up the end of our jeans and tuck em in? Was that just a South GA thing? LALA did you graduate high school in 89?

Hey, how bout that? I quoted an edit!

Hey Hey, you were not cool unless you tightrolled your jeans where I'm from. And had big hair. And a Coppertone tan. And day glo lipstick.

And because Missississippi is know for its fashionistas, we came up with a new use for the bandana. No, not the do rag. That came later. We'd take a color coordinated bandana and roll it up, then wear it around our neck like a necklace. If you were really cool, you let the end of it unravel a little and then turned you collar up on your shirt.

And does anybody remember Z Cavarricci? You know those jeans with the really huge yoke on the front that turned down? Now that's what I call stylin'!

Yes, Marky Mark. As if you couldn't guess, I graduated in 89, as in right about the time that the real Marky Mark was so hot I think. And Vanilla Ice. And MC Hammer. I literally cannot believe we have a 20 year reunion coming up in 3 years. That thought blows me away. DH's is in 2 years. Our ten year reunion was a lot of fun. I was voted "Least Changed" since high school. Yeah, I'm still trying to figure out whether that's good or bad. :confused3

Our class song was Rod Stewart's Forever Young. Everytime I hear it, it brings back so many memories.

Any other 89ers out there? Did kpk89 ever post about that? Sorry, but I must have missed it in the 30 pages yall posted since about 4:00 yesterday.

Me LaLa Me!!!! I'm an '89 girl!!!! We are cool and we are fine cause we are senior 89!!! (chanted at every pep-rally....remember those?!) I was miss cheerleader girl. :cheer2:

Ummm...did any of you sport leggings under your miniskirt? How bout the banana clip...you know the one that gave your hair the mowhawk look? I am amazed that I ever made it to school on time given how much I worked on my hair. I also had a pair of the Z. Cavarricci's...with that big turn down thing...

I keep thinking about Salt-N-Peppa "push-it" (which surprisingly I could play on my electric keyboard (hahahaha...anyone else get one of those for Christmas))and Mr. Tone Loc...."It'll take 50 dolla to make you holla I get paaaiidd to do the wild thing"

Hi all! uhhh-ohhh, how did the whole crush on YAK thing start? haha...crazy!

umm..i may not be 89, but i am 98! can i still be cool?

Mornin' Maelstromers :wave2: Or should I say afternoon!

It's a dull, rainy cold day here, so just like Uncle Joe, we're a movin' kind of slow at the Junction!

DD wants to go to the Mall.......us and everyone else. It'll probably prepare us for our Diz trip! Fighting the general public!

Frickles - sounds like a interesting night! Kind of ickypoo too!

89/98 - how about 78!! The 80's were certainly weird for fashion.......but let's not even get into the 70's Yikes!

MOMO - good to see you back in the land of the living! We thought you might have passed out last night, right at the keyboard! The typing was getting a little Grumpy!

Speaking of which, I know the secret. The more time you spend here, the more things make sense. Now that makes sense. I think!

GA - have a great time at Disney on Ice. MarkyMark too. We are going to Stars on Ice next week. Skaters change direction!

Horsey - been making my way through your TR! Good one! I think you've scared me off EE though. I'm a big huge chicken. Good advise on not being you first big coaster. DS will want to ride, but he's a newbie. I'll put him on BTR first.

LaLA - Tightrolling jeans.......that's a new one. Perhaps we should bring that back for all the youngin's. What goes around.....

Gotta go.........Saturday's are ........a fastpass!

Just checking in. Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes! I'm off to pick out my gifty-poo! Catch you all later.

LaLa - YES GIRL!! I remember those jeans. Came up to a point at about the bra line, then you folded that baby down...lookin' fine,

Give me an oversized Forenza or Outback Red shirt and then cinch it up with a W-I-D-E belt slung around my hips...again - lookin' fine. Or so I thought.

But I don't remember the scarf thing. But I do remember that
'88 DOMINATES!!

Seriously - I actually used the Forever Young music as the background to a slideshow DVD I made of my daughter's 7th b'day spend the night party. It came right after Kool and the Gang's Celebration - gotta raise my girl right.

Yes Frickles, I loved a banana clip - I had to clean it every couple of days because all the hairspray on it made it look funky...

GA Cat, GA Disney Girl and Marky Mark (Yo! Its about that time...It's such a good vibration, it's such a sweeeeet sensation) We're going to Princesses on Ice tomorrow - let me know how it goes.

Also Mel, I don't think we've met. I'm Nicolemarie - nice to meet you. I enjoyed your trip report and subsequent stories. Just wanted to say hello.

Finally ZZUB, regardless of the obvious grief you have taken for asking about the CG, I must tell you the details so you can plan it for your trip. Get an ADR for at least 30-45 minutes before Wishes. Request a table by the window for the view of MK. Ask at check-in once you are up to the restaurant. But don't watch Wishes from inside unless it's inclimate weather. The music is piped in to the observation deck, and the view of MK is pretty cool. But you are watching Wishes from an angle and can see the "layers" - so don't let this be the only way you watch Wishes the whole week. To me, CG wasn't as much about the food as the view and the experience. Though the food was really good, I thought. I had the filet - both times. I think my husband did as well. Anyway, no one threw up. But my son did have some really gross backwash comin' back down the straw into his water.

Good Afternoon Maelstromers....

You guys were very busy last night. Puke, pee and some poop were the main topic of discussion. So sorry I missed it. It took me about 1 hour this morning to read what happened in the few short hours I stepped away from the Mother Ship.

I see a couple of our Vikings got Tagged. Congrats DMM and GA.

Yzma and Kronk... Are we affectionaly calling you YAK now?

Horseypoodleypoohgal.....I'm a gimlet drinker too! If I have too many, the Rose's Lime Juice makes my throat hurt. I'll have to try making it with fresh Lime juice.

Frickles, What kinda places are you frequenting? :rotfl2:

GOOD GRIEF Frickles~~

the swinger story is a goodie :rotfl2:

actually that is why my ex and I got divorced if you all should know....but since this is not therapy and horsegirl seems to be missing today I better not go into that, huh??

lets just say I said no and he left me (thank the good Lord)

ICK ICK AND DOUBLE ICK....

I cant believe I forgot Sheridacs BIRTHDAY~~~ :cheer2: :wizard:

HAPPPY BIRTHDAY~~~TO YOU!!!!

FRICKLES and NICOLEMARIE! I knew I liked yall!!!

Although Nicole Marie, I must remind you that 89 Rules, 88 Drools.

I sooooo remember the Banana Clip. That was the year I moved up from Aqua Net to Aussie hairspray and the smell of it still reminds me of high school.

Okay, how bout button covers? Did yall wear those? You know, you'd wear a long white button front shirt over some black leggings and put button covers all the way down the front of the shirt. Ahhhhhh yeah.... Then you'd go to a party at somebody's house with your girls on the weekend after a football game and dance to Young MC. Tryin' your hardest to attract the attention of the game winning quarterback. With your killer moves.

Just bust a move...

Just to jog your memory a little more...

Esprit, Generra, United Colors of Benetton, Banana Republic, Keds worn without the shoe laces, boxer shorts worn as actual shorts with paint splatters on them and stuff like Seniors Rule! written in those cute little letters on the leg, permed poofy hair, rippin' up a perfectly good pair of jeans and bleachin' the heck out of em...

shall I continue?
