I don't know, I'm tempted to have dh's chicken soup as leftovers, but probably won't fly. Besides, we can eat it for lunch tomorrow.

Any ideas? I've got hamburger, and I don't think dh used all the chicken, so I've got some breasts.....................

Picture this Paige. Think vacuum cleaner. I race to the closet, get out my big upright and aim the wand at it, only to discover the setting was set to floor, not wand. It got away. The boys and I searched and found it hanging right over our heads on the ceiling. I'm 5'2, so I have to grab a chair and hold this very heavy vacuum in the air while it sucked him up.

I get him into the canister and run through the house with him. Had to find the key to the back door and race through the patio to dump him outside. He will probably stop laughing soon and I hear he's inviting his relatives to come over for a barbeque when we get back. You can't make these stores up.

Dinner tonight is spaghetti and meatballs with a side salad.

We're leaving early Monday and coming back late Thursday. We are going to Cape May, Coral Reef and Le Cellier. I will probably be rolling home. I also have to have my Expresso Chillers at Hurricane Hannah's (sp?) I can never remember if there's an h or not.

I had to hunt down a cricket the other night............doesn't take much to keep me awake..........

I'm right there with you. I wake up at the slightest noise. But you don't get much sleep when you live about a mile away from the airport. The good thing is, they shut down early. The bad thing, Duncan Avaition is 24/7/365 (the place where private owned planes are kept, and large airplanes are fixed, bult,and refurbushed(?))

I wake up to the large jet engines at 2 or 3 in the morning. I guess you have to test them to make sure they work.....but why in the middle of the night? Couldn't it wait until morning?

Everyone- I edited my thread, and expanded the subject. Now it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks!

The recipe I thought of as soon as I read your thread isn't really "healthy" but it is a good snack, it nutritious, and better than most others in it catagory. (don't want to give away my recipe here, have to make your way to the thread to find out )

So am I allowed to post it?

I may try the enchiladas tonight. I only have one can of cream of chicken soup, though.........but I have cream of mushroom. Methinks it might substitute?

We have a private airport here too, and you just never know when one of those jets will fire up. Sometimes it'll be weeks without, and sometimes every day for a week. I don't really know what they do over there.
