How was your day?

It was pretty good. I have a wicked cold, so I feel pretty crappy, but no kids to deal with today, so it was good. How was yours?

Hey, how'd spelling go today with Goofy?

We played spelling word scrabble. He liked it...did okay but still, it was not clicking for him. I know it won't be over night. Hopefully a few weeks of playing a lot of the games/doing the activities and he will at least be on track. How was class today?

Ugh, colds are no fun. In general being sick rots. Unless it is one of those sick days brought upon by a late warm day in the fall or an early warm day in the spring. You know those days...where you cannot control your fingers and they simply dial the number and your mouth just says you are ill...all the while the rest of your body is planning to hang out in the sun all day!

Jay, when I read about your DS2 having trouble with spelling, I thought, now how in the world would anyone know if a 2 year old is having trouble spelling?

I am a little dissapointed ....we were planning on renting a car and going to Gatorland tomorrow, but when I called to rent the car they were going to charge 80 dollars for one day!!! No way are we going to do that, so we will go back to MK tomorrow. My son is so great.....not fussing at all about it.
