I'm here! I did a lot today! Started volunteering at habitat for horses so I spent a few hours there mainly scooping poop in the sun. I'll probably lose a pound a day from sweating. Then I did yoga for the first time tonight. I am so exhausted! I can barely type my body hurts. Anyone else do yoga? The teacher said I would adapt quickly.mom2taylorandemily said:Paige, are we the only ones here?
I'm not so sure. They have both had trouble with it from birth, but no, we haven't limited their diets. Neither are on regular meds since infancy, but they do take a tums occasionally when needed. They will vomit when upset.....................try explaining THAT to a school nurse..........mom2taylorandemily said:Paige, do you limit anything off their diet because of it? Dr. didn't say I needed to do that, but I was just curious. She didn't have any trouble with it when she was a baby.

Kim, I haven't taken Yoga, but it looks like a great way to stretch out the body. DD signed up to take one at school, there is a student at William & Mary who is doing a thesis on stress in school and yoga, so she is teaching it to a group of 20 kids at school. They had to be recommended by the teacher and parents had to give permission. I think she will enjoy it too.dolphinrescuegirl said:I'm here! I did a lot today! Well looking back I think she may have had this for a while, but its just recently gotten really bad. They perscribed Prevacid, but the insurance co. is requesting that the Dr. get prior approval for her to take it. I guess it is a very expensive drug. I don't know what we will do, it we have to pay oop.paigevz said:They have both had trouble with it from birth, but no, we haven't limited their diets.
