Well, Al, what'd you have for lunch? I haven't thought about mine yet. Nick left the house without lunch, guess he'll eat over at his friend's house. Lucas is having fish sticks, crackers, yogurt, banana and chocolate milk........kid heaven.

It's the BEST!!!!! Check out the menus on the restaurant board! I love the American..........I forget what all is on it, but it includes Ranch dressing and cranberries..........sounds like a weird combo, but it's really good!

Co-workers - I used to recruit for my company's office there, and they are just some of the best people I've ever known!

REally? Allergies can affect your lungs? I hope it is just allergies.

It does me - all of the drainage kind of stinks up my whole upper-respiratory system...THEN it turns cold, and I get ear infections and bronchitis. Have I said how much I LOVE living on the East Coast I really do, but it's one of those things we have to deal with!

I get bronchitis pretty regularly too, once a year, probably. It sucks!

What are your kids up to today? Mine are playing outside now. DD5 finally fell asleep after the huge tantrum and now she's sweet as pie!
