Cheese curds in cuisine, or cooking, are the solid parts of soured milk used in various regional dishes, mostly in Canada and the northeastern United States. Their flavor is mild, with about the same firmness as cheese, but with a springy or rubbery texture. Fresh curds squeak against the teeth when bitten into, a defining characteristic, due to air trapped inside their porous bodies. They are sometimes referred to as "squeaky cheese".

Hey Chatters! How is everyone?

I am doing well, I'm fixing to move to Indiana. That's right...Squid and I are gonna be neighbors...sorta. We'll live like an hour apart. Whaddya think of them apples?

Did I mention that I am suddenly moving away from Indiana on August 1st? I think we can all guess why...
