Hey, Chatters!

Today we went to see Dan in Real Life. I Loved it! We all did (Brent, Heather and I). I would love to go back and see it again. I laughed so hard during several parts. It was just so well written and well cast. I highly recommend it!

We had lunch at Smoky Bones (yum) and then went to the mall. At Lane Bryant I got two pants and two sweaters, a cami and 3 pr undies. SCORE!

COLD!!!! ANd unfortunately, there was no hot buttered rum. Only burnt, yucky coffee from Exxon.

We just got back, and I am waiting for my cheeks (the larger ones) to thaw!!! Riley wanted to see Santa, so even though the Boy Scouts were in the beginning, we had to stay for the whole thing. And it was cold. And windy. And except for the cute little kids, the parade was pretty lame!

But it was fun to see Reece marching-- he was holding the banner, and doing a rather perfect "parade wave." I'll post a pic later.

Duh. We're all watching the Ohio State game on ESPN (and the Kansas game on ESPN later tonight ).

Seriously Shannon, today will be a tough game for my guys too and I'm concerned about it. Also, honestly, I am sorry that your guys took the loss today. I was hoping you guys could stay at 1 and the Jayhawks could work their way up to meet you rather than you fall down. The Jayhawks could go through the same thing tonight. We'll see.
